Excited for the in n out QUALITY. Only to be let down, I watched my burger sit for 10 minutes on the corner getting cold while waiting for my fries. Apparently the drive thru is priority. The inside wasn’t even nearly packed as most locations. I Go sit down to eat only to find out the number of patties was wrong. Too tired and hungry to say anything. SUPER DISSAPOINTING

I usually order from here to go but I decided to bring my kids today to dine in and it's very gross.. most of the tables are dirty food on the floor. It's just messy everywhere. They need to better manage this location. Ive been to McDonald's locations where it's super clean and the staff is welcoming. This location really sucks.

While waiting for my order, I couldn’t help but notice the manager berating and belittling their staff in front of customers. The workers looked visibly stressed and exhausted, and the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. It’s heartbreaking to see hardworking employees treated so poorly, especially when they’re the backbone of the restaurant’s success.
This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge the higher-ups to address the toxic management immediately.

Honestly I’ve been here on various occasion and constantly hear managers yelling at employees but there was one in particular named Frances who seemed very demanding and was belittling her staff. So sad to see upper management not care about the workers who make the experience enjoyable.

honestly WISH i could rate a big fat ZERO! i went into this childhood McDonalds of mine expecting a nice calm and relaxing meal with the husband when all of a sudden... all i could hear was YELLS and berating comments coming from the manager towards the employees. the service provided by the employees is amazing, they are so nice. they always treat myself and others with respect and patience. what i cant stand is the multiple occasions in which ive had to hear the restaurants manager being mean to the employees. i even saw a girl leave and go CRY in the bathroom! i cant imagine how someone like them was even hired to begin with.
