The worst McDonalds in Whittier. The crew they have in the weekday mornings are unprofessional. The manager that runs the show in the morning is a short Latina lady who treats her customers very poorly. I’ve seen her treat a crew member very poorly. That young man has some sort of autism. Norman should be ashamed. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. You’ll get better service at the BK across the street.

I ordered the 10 piece CHICKEN MCNUGGET meal, and of course they forgot to give me the McNuggets. I understand that people make mistakes but how do you miss the part of the meal thats in the NAME. Not only that but the fries were filled halfway and stale, the chicken sandwich was cold, and the final disrespect: I had to drive back to get my nuggets(nobody apologized by the way). And they gave me 8 nuggets….hilarious. I didn’t know service could get this bad at McDonalds but you learn something new everyday.

Indoor play area is completely empty but people can't seem to throw out their trash, food on tables ice cream cones on the floor. I literally had to go ask the cashier for a towel so I can wipe down the table, chairs the bench disgusting. Management sucks cuz these benches look like they haven't been properly cleaned since they remodeled. There's empty hand sanitizer dispenser HELLO COVID STILL EXISTS GERMS DUHHH. It's Tuesday it's not even busy. So I don't get why an employee ain't cleaning this up especially since kids come in here to play

This is the 3rd worst McDonald's location in the US. The quality is low, service is worse. Their stuff is always broken. I waited 25 minutes for an order I made on the app. The burger was bl bad, I won't get into details just lame across the board. I've been here 3x so I've definitely given it a fair shake. This place is a fail. It doesn't meet McDonald's level of expectation, which isn't a high standard. That's all there is to say

Check your orders. This place always makes mistakes and forgets something. Today, they jacked me out of my 10 PC. This place is never very busy because of the poor service. I should stick to Tams Burgers next door, better food, and no mistakes. Never again, they just lost another customer, I'm joining everyone else that doesn't go there.
