This is the worst McDonalds around for miles. Not only are the employees super rude and slow, but they also act like they would rather be elsewhere. But they also close the dining room(inside of restaurant) super early. I asked the employee why that was. She said it was a request by the owner. What owner has a business close the inside part of the restaurant so early losing business to go elsewhere. The drive-through line gets so long that I see most people just leave. I've seen the inside close as early as 2pm, most days around 7pm or 8pm..

Went through the drive thru, no one else in line, and yet I still get move to space number 2, I waited for another 10 minutes while I watched others who came after me go right on thru.
This our first time at this McDonald's in Whittier my wife and I searching the squishmallow in every Happy Meal. We step at this McDonald's I was very surprised how interior looks very modern look in a high end McDonald's in anywhere in the world. We like it very much new look every McDonald's we been to is different from the others.
I came here because the McDonald's in Santa Fe Springs does not have no cash bills or coins for the next 4 days, only accepting card.

Customer service is bad. The Kiosk did not print my receipt and I ask for assistance. The light is on at the kiosk and nobody is assisting. I ask for my receipt to be printed and was told that she cant do that on her en, without even asking for manager to assist.
The few visit my orders have been so incomplete.
