This McDonald is so unorganized, I don’t blame the workers as much as I do the management. They try to integrate only using kiosks but it makes the experience and service 100 times worse. Getting out food took 2-3 times longer than any other McDonald’s. They ask you to pick a table number if you dine in and it makes you think that someone will bring your food. Don’t be fooled, they still call your name and don’t bother to look for you even after 5 minutes of them yelling your name. It’s very confusing what they are trying to do and not only to the customer but the employees. I have this location 4 different tries but it’s always the same thing.

My experience was horrible I asked for no apples they gave me extra apples they did not listen to me when I ordered I probably will never go back to that McDonald's again in my life and I love me some McDonald's oatmeal

I can't stand this McDonald's in Whittier ca. Everytime I come here it's always rude and horrible service giving me cold food. This morning I came for breakfast in the drive through and ordered a mcgriddle w a large iced coffee and they gave it to me in a large soda cup that was leaking from the bottom and the coffee got all over my work uniform as I'm on my way to an important appointment for work, I ended up getting so upset from coffee being all over my nurse uniform I had to go across the street to clean my pants off and toss out my coffee. I was so upset. I hate this McDonald's. The staff are incompetent and rude and love serving cold food. Other times I came here my burgers were cold and was given attitude when I kindly asked if they can please heat up my burger, lots of eye rolls and giggles. Get new staff. 👎🏼

Had an employee threaten me while he was on the job. This guy got in my face and was trying to intimidate me while we were on the premises, which is extremely unprofessional. He was very rude and slow with his service; he even refused to give me the cup for the drink that came with my order. To my knowledge he is still employed there, hopefully no other customers have had to experience his unruly behavior like I did. He created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The service moves at a snail's pace far too often, and they make a concerted effort to force people to use the kiosk or app as opposed to taking orders. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your McDonald's fix.

I don't plan on returning to this location or any other McDonald's location ever again. The customer service here was appalling and I have everything that occurred on camera. I was not given any dipping sauces with my family meal even though I was asked for what dipping sauces I would want, and when I came back to retrieve the sauces, I received one tampered with and the gentleman laughed about it and then accused me of dropping the sauce on purpose when it fell out of my hand. If that was the manager, I highly suggest he be retrained. All I wanted was the sauce, I don't see what the issue was doing that.

There were literal plastic shards ground into the Mocha Frappe. It could be from the BPI Compostable Straw, i don’t know but there was a lot of it in the drink. I’m absolutely disgusted. Who knows how much I swallowed of it before I noticed it.
