I don’t mind paying for sauces! But, what gets me upset is when you have employees repeating back the order and charging you for it but when you finally get your bag and you’re already home away from the place or at work in my case and you don’t even get the right sauces, and it was on the receipt! But you make sure you get the money for it! I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem! I used to work for Mc Donald’s as a shift manager and the employees today can’t multitask and are being half fast with their job! Please pay more attention to the young employees if you’re going to be charging for the littlest things!

Hello! I had just called the store a few moments ago regarding my application process and in hopes to speak with the hiring manager. There was some kind of confusion on my end since there i called the wrong location and there is no hiring manager named “juan” there so i wanted to check and make sure, but it took about three times of me calling back to get that information because an associate named “erica” continued to hang up on me. when i asked why she hung up mid sentence she said it was simply because the store is busy. when i had called back the last time (3rd time) since i still had some questions i never got the chance to ask, i had confronted her about hanging up on me and continued to say i had more questions. she then cut me off and kept asking “whats your question, whats your question, whats your question” Unbelievably unprofessional!! As a fellow sales associate who works in the retail industry and as a small business owner i never treat my customers that way, even during rush hour!!! she then had told me to “look it up” after i had asked if they have a hiring manager named “Juan”. Either have a talk with this girl or fire her!! Completely uncalled for especially considering many elderly individuals still call locations now n days who are considerably not so tech savvy, she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills while under pressure / during high speed engagement hours. Thank you if you have read this far!

one of the people in the drive through had an attitude, fries were kinda just thrown into the bag. all three drinks taste terrible- either no carbonation in it or way too carbonated. and fries were way too salty. what the hell is going on in there

A good place to do the work out l, it's just that the bathroom and the shower room is untidy, there are shower room that has a problem with the heater and some of them the water valve is somehow defective. There are curtains that is completely gone to where it should be.

It's McDonald's's so good quality has consistency. It's a go to place for my kids. I give it a 4 out of 5 because they constantly miss my orders at the drive through. I have to now check in details before driving. Once you drive off, knocking the door to get in to discuss the missed orders is near impossible. Then, you have to risk your life flagging down someone in the drive through window as a pedestrian in between cars.

Fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited .they make use of both intercoms and they only have one lane - other McDonald’s locations have two lanes and half the time there will be a traffic cone because it’s not being used . Service was friendly , there was a sense of urgency which not many locations seem to have and best of all is that my food is warm , it’s the way I ordered it and it’s delicious . Whomever trained you guys and whomever is maintaining and following that training should be given a promotion . It’s rare to find a place like this . I visited today between 8-8:30 pm

The service at this location is not good. They do not open on time. They do not have coffee prepared. The customer service of the employees and mangers are NOT service oriented. My customer service experience is not pleasant. This location needs to send the staff to customer service training. Even the managers (Francine) is poor. She is not a role model to employees. Customer service as a whole is not the same anymore. Employees act like they are doing you a favor. They need to be reminded that customers pay them. Piss poor customer service at this location. Need to do much better and make improving customer service and being professional their goals for 2025.

This McDonald's had me wait in the drive thru 10 min b4 close time.I finally just order thru app and drive up to the window. Employer finally comes to the window and tells me they are closed and that I can cancel my oder thru the app but can not instruct me how. Then proceeds to say sorry and closes the window. No help nothing..
