Sign inside says to use kiosk to order as they don't want to take your order. And they only have one kiosk that works cause the others were not working or missing payment machine.

Most disgusting McDonald's I've ever eaten at in my whole entire life food was cold must have been cooked yesterday so gross threw it away Don't go there

Just left drive through and both panels that show the food you can purchase was dark. I told the McDonald's rep that the screens were black and he said oh that happens they come on and off sometimes. Asked him if he had a paper menu so we can order off of and he said no. So no menu.
No order.

Very rude server. Ignored request to purchase order. She automatically assumed poor customer due to carrying a bag, which actually has my work food (night shift) and PPE. She didn't apologize, and when speaking with her superior, she didn't apologize to her superior, rather got annoyed for being reprimanded for assuming. I explained that if I had a Gucci or Coach bag, the service would be different. I'm a vet, and when politely explained to her, she didn't care. Bad day or not, you're in customer service. You attitude towards customers reflects on the company. Very bad service. Many people carry bags, from students to business people. Get over yourselves.

I used the drive thru. I was in a hurry and didnt check my order thoroughly. I ordered 4 complete meals. Of course I didnt notice until I got home that they didnt put one of the Burgers in the bag. This is not the first time its happened at this location. My advice to everyone, dont worry about the huge li e behind you... ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!

The experience was horrible. I went on the day they did a special through the app of 0.50 cents so it was so packed the workers didnt know what to do. The girl at the register told me she owed me $ because she didnt have any change and that in itself was unprofessional. The time waiting I saw her give attitude to 2 other guest and even saw a whole arguement with her an another customer. Never going here again.

There’s nothing really positive to say about this location. Actually, the location is great but the hours are horrible. Not everyone wants to go through a drive-thru before work. The staff likely doesn’t work enough hours to get proficient. Orders wouldn’t be messed up so often. This franchise is really a disservice to McDonald’s and that bar isn’t very high to begin with.

I don’t mind paying for sauces! But, what gets me upset is when you have employees repeating back the order and charging you for it but when you finally get your bag and you’re already home away from the place or at work in my case and you don’t even get the right sauces, and it was on the receipt! But you make sure you get the money for it! I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem! I used to work for Mc Donald’s as a shift manager and the employees today can’t multitask and are being half fast with their job! Please pay more attention to the young employees if you’re going to be charging for the littlest things!

Hello! I had just called the store a few moments ago regarding my application process and in hopes to speak with the hiring manager. There was some kind of confusion on my end since there i called the wrong location and there is no hiring manager named “juan” there so i wanted to check and make sure, but it took about three times of me calling back to get that information because an associate named “erica” continued to hang up on me. when i asked why she hung up mid sentence she said it was simply because the store is busy. when i had called back the last time (3rd time) since i still had some questions i never got the chance to ask, i had confronted her about hanging up on me and continued to say i had more questions. she then cut me off and kept asking “whats your question, whats your question, whats your question” Unbelievably unprofessional!! As a fellow sales associate who works in the retail industry and as a small business owner i never treat my customers that way, even during rush hour!!! she then had told me to “look it up” after i had asked if they have a hiring manager named “Juan”. Either have a talk with this girl or fire her!! Completely uncalled for especially considering many elderly individuals still call locations now n days who are considerably not so tech savvy, she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills while under pressure / during high speed engagement hours. Thank you if you have read this far!
