worst mcdonald’s ever. service is always so bad. orders are always wrong. workers are never happy at any time of day. the only thing they are consistent about it a bad experience. my family and i have tried multiple times to come to this mcdonald’s in hopes of a good experience and it never happens.

Haven't been inside, always drive-thru. Service in general is decent. The only thing is I noticed the sizes of the cups are smaller than other locations. A large caramel frappe at this place looks like what would be a medium in other places (santa Fe Springs, for example)

Service is better now that they hired people who aren't lazy with the new younger crew who actually do their jobs and are nice and helpful. They just need more people to clean and restock the dining areas.
Food is terrible! Our big Mac was burnt we couldn't eat it. Homeless hanging around near the drive thru this place went down hill. Won't be coming back to this location

Customer service really lacks here. They don’t even wanna help you. When you walk up to the front. They want you to use the order kiosk. You are totally ignored like you’re invisible. 🫥 The food is not that great either. Definitely going to stop coming to this Mc Donald’s.
