I visited this McDonald’s to meet up with a friend and our kids. The indoor playground was very friendly and well-suited for children around 3–4 years old. There were even three tablets for kids’ games, so they could sit and play together without fighting.
I didn’t use the restroom, but since it’s located within the kids’ play area, it seems convenient for children to access while playing. As for the food and service, they were just as satisfying as any other McDonald’s.

Customer service is very good 👍 and I don't have any complaints, their staff is always on point with my orders. Their dinning area very clean, the play area too. Most importantly I am so proud 👏 🥲 🥰 of this one 💗 particular mcdonalds employee who goes over and beyond, and I can tell 😉 this young man has a bright future ahead. Keep up the great work 👍 👏

This is when I first used the rewards program. I have to say I was impressed! I was able to get a Big Mac along with a $1 purchase. I got the strawberry cheesecake pie and the Big Mac and was totally satisfied... Until I started running more of those strawberry cheesecake pies so I ordered two more. And now I have the resulting points! Can't get any better than that!

Lots to unpack with what I have to say. First I was a product of growing up with happy meals, constant TV ads and even worked at McDonald’s for a while. So much has changed. Wifey and walking home decided to get some pies on the way. Place is super modern super clean with a very professional staff. Immediately it hit me. This is not the same. Drive through is busy , but the dinning area is not. The kids play area empty. I remember getting McD’s after church on Sundays. Automated kiosk can let you order and pay without saying a word to a human. Pies are healthier and definitely good but not something my grand kids will know unless we establish some emotional connection like after good report card or an AYSO win. Hate to say it but my beloved memory may have lost its soul a bit.

Went for breakfast. They got two of my combo orders wrong. I didn't realize until I got home. Had called them multiple times which they didn't answer until about the 3rd 4th time. When they did. They just asked if i would like to come back for a replacement, like it was a bother for them. .... I went back for a replacement. It is so inconvenient to have to drive back and forth just to replace my sandwiches. Would have been nice to have breakfast all together with my family. This isn't the first time they have got the order wrong at this location. They didn't seem very sorry for their mistake. Make is seem like it was my mistake.
worst mcdonald’s ever. service is always so bad. orders are always wrong. workers are never happy at any time of day. the only thing they are consistent about it a bad experience. my family and i have tried multiple times to come to this mcdonald’s in hopes of a good experience and it never happens.

Haven't been inside, always drive-thru. Service in general is decent. The only thing is I noticed the sizes of the cups are smaller than other locations. A large caramel frappe at this place looks like what would be a medium in other places (santa Fe Springs, for example)
