I like their prices and they always switch up flavors. The bad part of that is when they offer one of your favorites, you have to get it while it lasts. They have a new flavor that when paired with cake batter flavor it was amazing!

You wait a long time for someone to attend to you and the employee is very bitter because you can't.

So glad the frozen yogurt at the quad closed because this is the supreme ice-cream place.

Today, the services were not great they had nothing. I asked for more, and the cashier excuse was that she couldn't pass the back to grab for refills. I had never had this issue before in this menchis. I'm very disappointed.

This place always cheers me and my daughter up. The experience my daughter gets when choosing her flavor and topping is pricless.

So I came here April 10th with my family. It was closed but I'm sure they were on break or something we only had to wait for about 10 min no big deal. My issue was what happened next. They were having problems with their scales that day. So once it was our turn to pay we put our cups on the scale but I guess it stopped working because the man (I assume he's the owner) moved our cups to the other scale but he grabbed mine from the top which had no lid l, he pretty much put his hand on the whipping cream and froyo, like he got it on his hand just wiped it off and continued like nothing . Obviously I was grossed out since he's been touching the counter registers and scale trying to get the scale to work and then puts his hand on my stuff. Then I told him hey you just put your hand on my stuff and he apologized and tried to continue like nothing and I told him no I don't want it and he asked me if I wanted him to scoop out the part he touched and I'm sure he saw that face I made and then he decided to tell me just to make another one. If you really think about this whole interaction doesn't it gross you out? Like that fact that he wasn't going to say anything until I pointed it out and he just apologized about it then only offered to scoop out what he touched. Only once I made it clear that I didn't want it cause he hand his hand on it he offered me to just get another one. That just left me with a horrible impression of this place. He ended up charging us for 4 other cups and told me I didn't have to pay for mine. I didn't want to ruin it for everyone else so I just got a cup and filled it up less than half way and threw in a spoon full of peanuts. There was plenty of other people who also saw the whole thing it was kinda embarrassing, I didn't make a whole scene or anything. The whole thing was very calm and everything but it was still embarrassing. Just the whole way it went was very off putting. Definitely never coming here again. Other than that the owner and his wife are nice.
