Mi Burrito Mexican Grill

I have an active job ongoing in Whittier and wanted a quick lunch so decided to come here. The lady was super nice when I told her I was in a rush and took my order right away. The wet carne asada burrito with sour cream, guacamole and everything was super fresh and delicious. The price is right in the service is great. I’ll definitely start going here for lunch and highly recommend this place. If you like good Mexican food especially burritos. Thanks again to the cool staff.

We have been coming here a long time. However, they always get our burrito orders wrong. So I end up having to drive back to get it fixed. We have only gotten correct orders maybe 3 times in 5 yrs.
Well, tonight was the same issue. I always order the Mi Burrito with sour cream, guacamole and cheese inside with no sauce. My burrito tonight had absolutely no sour cream or guacamole.
It's really good when they get it right and that's why we have continued to go back. However, tonight was the last straw. We will ALWAYS call and tell them when it's amazing too! Especially since prices have been raised by $2-$5 each item! They wanted $7+ for a 4 oz container of guacamole!!!
Im sorry but this is the last time we are going there. We will be trying other places in the area.

Parking: It is about 1-2 driveways past the Jack in the box if you are coming from the west (from Beach Blvd). It can be difficult to find them.

I would regularly buy from their original location on pioneer in Norwalk back in the day and I'm very disappointed. Of course when the owners were working customer service was outstanding. Then I went a few times to the cerritos location & it was still awesome. Now that I'm back in town decided to give the Whittier location a try and everything just digressed sad to say. The taste is not the same, customer service was horrible they never brought me any hot sauce nor condiments that normally compliment my order. Servers were catering to other customers and just disregarded me (not that I want them bugging but, customer service definitely needs to improve). Not sure if it's owned by the original family that owned it but, yeah not what it used to be. Unfortunately in this life nothing lasts forever, definitely won't recommend nor am I coming back.

First time here and we were craving Mexican food. We made the right choice. Room to the left has 3 tvs and staff was so nice. Thank you again!
