Always amazing. Hadn't been for years and the food was still the same. Service was a little slow but didn't mind.

It had been a long time since I had been to a Mimi's. Same French decor and atmosphere. My friend and I met for lunch during the week. My ciabatta chicken sandwich was good but the fries were even better. The waitress was attentive and didn't rush us through the meal. We were able to relax and enjoy a nice meal while catching up with a good friend. BTW, breakfast is served all day.

My turkey club was dry as a bone and bread tasted old. Waitress not very friendly and the atmosphere was a bit underwhelming. This was a great place to dine when I was younger, came with a huge church group after church. The food was very tasty back in the day.

A huge thank you to Lorena and her team for ensuring that our work reunion breakfast, of 19 team members, was impeccably executed. In between our agenda, Lorena took our orders, refilled drinks, served up our food, and made sure everyone's requests were accurate and delivered with a smile. Her team wove in and out without interrupting our flow, keeping the food and drink service going. If you have a large group event, I would highly recommend this Mimi's Cafe in Whittier. Manager Sergio and his team are on the ball with juggling multiple group functions around the same time frame while taking care of the daily business customers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars isn’t enough for this place!

We came in for breakfast and were blown away — not just by the food, but by the absolutely top-tier service. We ordered the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict and the Classic Eggs Benedict, both of which were perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful. The crab cakes were especially impressive — crisp on the outside, tender inside, and full of fresh flavor.

To drink, I had the Peanut Butter Mocha Iced — hands down one of the most unique and delicious coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time. Shoutout to Valentino, who crafted it with clear skill and attention. The balance of chocolate, coffee, and peanut butter was spot on.

But what really made this experience unforgettable was Chelsea. Her service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. She has that rare ability to make you feel completely at home from the moment you walk in. Chelsea brings an energy and professionalism that elevates the whole experience. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back, again and again.

If you’re in town and looking for a place that serves great food and treats you like family, this café is it. Don’t miss it — and ask for Chelsea and Valentino!

Very good steak and eggs. Not over salted. Pain Perdu could have used more orange marmalade. And But service was great, and not too crowded about 2 pm.
