Ordered no avocado because I am allergic to it. Received the sandwich with avocado and told them . They then removed the avocado out the sandwich and handed it back. I asked for a new sandwich since there was still pieces of avocado inside and the old lady in the back started yelling at me and said “Vayate” meaning to get out. Then another cook came and apologized and offered to remake my sandwich . I said no thank you. Very disappointed.

Placed a pick up order over the phone and specified to please not add cheese to my order 3 times due to being allergic. I picked up my order and went home and found cheese on my food with the receipt indicating no cheese. So I drove another 20 mins back and advised the staff what happen. The young lady and young man didn’t really seem to care about the time and money I spent, didn’t apologize and showed no sympathy. Not very customer service like. Food is great but will probably take my business elsewhere

It was my first time here. The food was good. Prices were ok. Food portions are big. It turns out this place use to be called Sanchez and it was located in east LA. I use to go there with my family. I had no idea till my sister's told me. It's really good place to eat. You should try it. Good Mexican food.

I bought breakfast burrito called “breakfast burrito,” and it comes with egg, potato, beans and meat, when I got my burrito I cut it open and it was mostly beans, I saw two small little pieces of egg. I went and complained and they said that’s the way the burrito comes. One egg they said, I told them, that’s not one egg, I also said this is not right. It had two little pieces of egg, so small they were almost not visible, and then I asked my money back, they did refund me my money, I was about to take a picture to post and the manager or owner told one of the employees to take the plate from me, and she grabbed and snatched it from me, I’m never returning to this place ever again!

Delicious Food, no complaints, the kids enjoyed their tacos and enchiladas, the salsas are amazing, chorizo and egg burrito with beans, we tried the carnitas wet burrito with green sauce, the chile verde wet burrito, it was so good we went back the next day! The service was excellent!
This place is disgusting. My mother came to visit me and brought me a bean and cheese burrito. It gave me food poisoning and I threw up four (4) times. The beans must have been rotten. I was extremely sick for two (2) days. Highly recommend not to eat here.
