8/29/2025 Located in Uptown Whittier. It has been a while since we ate here but today, after a busy morning, we stopped here for a quick bite, and this was a treat for us. David is a master sandwich artist, we see him slicing up fresh deli meats for our sandwiches, the sandwich fillings are fresh; I enjoyed my submarine sandwich, and my husband enjoyed his spicy Italian sandwich, it was refreshing to sit there inside where it was nice and cool, great music to listen to while enjoying our meals. The customer service is excellent, food is good, and a friendly staff. We will definitely return here again! Thank you, David, for the delicious sandwiches! ☮

Chicken and bacon sandwich was basic and absolutely no flavor. Bread was not fresh and lettuce too. For a sandwich spot charging 13 dollars for this is absolutely insane.

The service was horrible the owner was extremely rude to my family and I but to his female employees! The food wasn't prepared how we ordered it due to food allergies and when I presented to owner I was met with a awful attitude " well this is how the sandwich comes " I replied thats not what i ordered he then replied " oh well" refused to give me a refund! He continued to verbally insult me in Spanish! I payed 43$ for food I did not eat ! I wouldn't go back if you paid me

Ordered twice this month (the rocko and chicken patty melt) and the sandwich was very difficult to swallow since the chicken was too dry.The staff is unbelievably rude. I ordered 20 minutes after they opened at 10 am and arrived by 10:40 am and the restaurant was closed. I waited outside for 10 minutes after knocking on the door and calling the restaurant. The worker there (Juan) rudely unlocked the door. Before leaving I told him I wanted to let them know that the sandwich previously ordered (the rocko) was super dry. The worker looked at me and said nothing when I told him who do I speak with he said "I'll let them know". When I ate my patty melt, it was just as dry, my coworkers was just as dry. We both only ate half. Never again will I order from here.
