Ordered twice within a month (the rocko and chicken patty melt) and the sandwich was very difficult to swallow since the chicken was too dry. The staff is unbelievably rude. I ordered 20 minutes after they opened at 10 am and arrived by 10:40 am. I waited outside for 10 minutes after knocking on the door and calling the restaurant. The worker there (Juan) rudely unlocked the door. Before leaving I told him I wanted to let them know that the sandwich previously ordered (the rocko l) was super dry. The worker looked at me and said nothing when I told him who do I speak with he said "I'll let them know". I walked out with a patty melt that was just as dry. Never again will I order from here.

Not sure what was happening here this day. The staff presented all the charm of a combination funeral and tax audit. Some people really just want to go home . There was nothing justifying the price for this bread, condiment, and meat assemblage. If you can make it at home, then do so.

I got the spicy Italian and it was good, not great. They used store bought bread which is fine but not unique. I feel like if they stepped it up and used maybe bread from a local bakery it would of earned a 5 stars. I didn't post a picture because I didn't think it was worth posting a picture. They also didn't have a very good drink selection.

I dont normally write reviews but I thought would for this hidden gem that I found one day. The sandwich that I ordered was amazing and had so much meat it was beautiful, then again I ordered the monster sub, so that probably had something to do with it. The atmosphere was hella cozy, it definitely felt like a place you would go to after school or work, order a sandwich, and just wind down. I am definitely going to go here again.

Amazing service - the cashier & waiter went above and beyond. The vibe is really nice too (Yelp this is ambiance), the music playing is good, I like the set up, nice location. And now the food: I got a peanut butter & jelly on wheat bread with BBQ chips and a peach Snapple. SO. GOOD. I haven't had that good of a PB&J in a long time. Can't believe I haven't been here before. Definitely coming back.

The Danny Boy is my go to! This sandwich is soo good but definitely give yourself enough to place a hot food order(they will not let me place this sandwich order an hour before closing) The corned beef & slaw is a great combo on rye bread

I went for the first time today around 1. There weren't nearly as many people as there have been during the lunch hour. The staff were friendly, answered all of my questions. They have a great menu, sandwiches (hot and cold), salads and sides. I ordered the pastrami with a pickle on the side. The pastrami only comes with mustard on it. This was by far one of the best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly, the flavors were all there. The mustard they use is not too strong, it's a perfect pair. I am excited to return and try out some other sandwiches they offer.

I love this little neighborhood place. I moved and haven't been there in three years, but lovely owner David STILL remembers my name and order. He puts that kind of care and attention into everything at Mr. Sandwich. The menu is surprisingly large and diverse, and all of the food is fresh and yummy. Whether you eat in and enjoy the fun decor or take out, this is restaurant is a great choice.
