Food and service were excellent. We've been here many times and came again tonight for my daughter's birthday. I wish now I'd taken photos of the plates to share but we couldn't wait to eat. The owner/manager/waitress is Vivian and I recommend this restaurant, especially if you plan to dine in.

You're not coming here for atmosphere. You're coming for the food, and IMHO this is as authentic as I have ever found. My child self was doing a dance and jumping for joy. Call ahead. There is a singular person working the floor, so be kind and patient. She will get to you.

Been eating here many times. Yesterday the kung pao chicken was gristly and not chewable, not one piece but many. Out of courtesy, I called to let them know so they could ensure the better parts of chicken are being used on our $90 order. She immediately blamed us for being 2 minutes late and saying it was overcooked because we weren't on time. My wife said she had to wait for the order. BS ... never going back.

Came here on a Friday around 12:45pm. The ambiance is very calm, no music. You are welcomed by the host, who is also the server. She asked if we were picking up or dinning in. If we preferred a booth or a table. She greeted with a smile. There was one other group at the restaurant. Food: Orange chicken is a MUST! Full of flavor. You could tell it was freshly prepared and was warm when it came to the table. Plenty of chicken. Sizzling Black Pepper Fillet Mignon was AMAZING! plenty of meat for 2-3 people. The price was exceptional. It was a bit spicy due to the peppery kick, but savory nonetheless. Kung Pao Three Flavor, my least favorite dish, only because there was a buttery brown sauce which homogenized the ingredients. Ordered a side of steamed rice to pair nicely with all the meats. Honestly it was all amazing! It fed three of us and is reasonable priced, for the generous amount of food. We did have left overs to take home. Definitely recommend to come check out this little gem.

I was tired of our local fast food and came across this restaurant and everything we ordered was delicious. I need to learn how to order as I seem to order way too much food for two.

This local spot is a favorite of mine. The food is always hot and tastes fresh, not sitting around or re-heated. They don't make Peking duck, but their wor-ton soup is so delicious. Another favorite is the Magnolian beef and low mein. If you're in the mood for authentic Chinese check it out. The lady at the front is always nice. The pos machine doesn't always work so I always bring cash just in case. Note: I've only done take out. The 4 star is because of the duck, I love duck.
This used to be one of the better restaurants in the area. However, our recent visit was disappointing. Sadly, the food is not nearly as good as it used to be. And the service is suffering. Having had this experience it's likely that will not return.

I looked up the menu on the website before I ordered placed the order over the phone. The owner gave me the total it was over 50.00! The price on the website is different than the actual price on the menu. The owner was in defense mode when I brought her attention that her website does not reflect the prices that she gave me and I also informed her that Los Angeles county health department had to report to she was given a B card in 2022 for roaches she became upset and argumentative. I was just pointing out that those reports and the fact that her website is not up-to-date works against her, and that will cost her business.
