I dont know if it was the day and the hour (Sunday 12:00pm) but we waited for 40 minutes for the table and 40 minutes for the food so if you're hungry look for another place but if you're willing to wait the food was good well cooked and the service was good.

This is my new favorite spot. The food is simply divine. The menu is well thought out, with dishes that are both comforting and exciting. I was blown away by the depth of flavor in everything we tried. The portions were generous, and the value for the quality is unbeatable. What really set this experience apart was the service; the staff was so kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. I’ve already recommended it to several people and will be a regular customer.

Never order take out/delivery from here, received a cup of soup which was supposed to be whipped cream for my pancakes. It's the third time I order and all three times it was the same sad looking food, at least they're consistent on that. They forgot my drink this time AND last time. I've gone to dine in once before and it wasn't too bad. I may have to start dining in instead of ordering delivery from home. For the price id honestly expect a little more quality. Surprised to see almost 5 stars on this restaurant.

But I know what happens to “the system” if you don’t give 5 stars across the board. So…take that how you will. Ana was amazing. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She was wonderful. I don’t need to say anything more…

Manager was cool. He educated me about the point system and how you folks transferred to a new system so all my points were taken away and every few months points expire. So to ask people who are loyal to have to spend hundreds of dollars on at least 3-5 meals every three months in order to keep your points is honestly disrespectful and rude and it makes me not want to return. Your system is designed to take away all my old points and make me go there several times a month for a small discount? Why even have a program? It’s only suited for people who go daily or weekly. You really asking most of your customers to do that? In this economy? Typical chain behavior and I will be supporting a mom and pop after hearing this news. I came for the points. When I found out they all disappeared and I need to constantly go to even get a small discount several months later, nah, not worth it honestly. Ana was amazing. But other than that. It’s been tainted to me. Also I believe the coffee changed over time. Coffee isn’t quality anymore or strong blend. Too weak.

I like this norms location over any surrounding, the steaks are bigger and the meat is good. Portions make sense and they don’t skimp you out. Our server was Gary he was cool !

All the steaks we got (receipt) were cooked how we desired no issues .
