Very disappointing visit this past Friday night. Bread sticks were hard. Had to ask for salad refill twice because very little salad in the bowl each time. Soup was the only part that was enjoyable. For what it costs to eat out, this was a disappointment.

bread wasn't hott , to many young kids ,serms not control with cate for custumers, outside a miss shame on the manager even the main entrance doors wasn't clean ,this was my #1 favorite place. Not no more !!!

Recommend for restrooms to be cleaned regularly. Adding soap, seat covers, etc.

Terrible. When I first walked in I was told that my table was being set. 20 mins. Later I'm still waiting and I go on open table where it stayed there's a 15 min. Wait. 25 mins later I'm told that I have to wait for another party to finish eating before I'm seated? WTH?!

Great service. Tastes like ready made mass produced mumbo jumbo. Spend your money at independent restaurants instead.

I’m almost certain they’ve changed the recipe on a lot of items or changed cheese suppliers because nothing tasted like it usually does. We went because we were excited the steak Gorgonzola was back but it did not taste the same way it used to. The cheese was very overpowering. And the steak wasn’t seasoned the same. The cheese ravioli and the kids pizza also didn’t taste the same. So not sure what changed. Everything was edible but definitely didn’t leave us wanting to return. Our server was excellent though. Checked on us multiple times and was quick to bring our drinks and bread.

we came to Olive garden with high expectations due to our last visit.Our breadsticks were hard and my soup wasn't hot. My wife didn't care for their salad.

Fantastic! Our server was so good and attentive he was super nice got the simple chicken Alfredo with chicken and soup and salad we waited like 30 mins for 2 people but it was quick….

The following experience occurred at 12/11/24 at 8:00pm

I wanted to share my frustrating experience at your location on 12/12 around 8 PM. My party of six was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait, but after waiting 35 minutes, we were informed it would be another 30 minutes. The restaurant was half-empty, yet we were told no tables could be rearranged to accommodate us.

When I asked to speak with the manager (a larger Latino man), he dismissed my concerns, saying the wait time was “just an estimate.” If we’d been given an honest timeframe, we could have gone to another location instead of having our evening derailed.

To make matters worse, the host appeared to be under the influence of mar***ana and the manager made no effort to address the situation or offer solutions. It felt like nobody cared about fixing the problem, which made the experience even more frustrating.

I made a reservation not to wait, I arrived, and I had to wait 20/25'. The living room was cold. Fortunately the food was good and plentiful. The attention was correct on the part of the waiter.

We went here for a family reunion for the second time. I just don't understand the draw as what they call Italian food is beyond disappointing, it's completely forgettable.
