I walked in after my husband and a told they'd be right with us. 10 minutes later I walked out because we never was seated. The atmosphere was intense, unwelcoming, and I'll never go back.

The worst service ever! Ashlee was our waitress. The absolute worst dining experience.

Really professional and welcoming staff. The place needs a real good cleaning. The menues were sticky and dirty, windows and ledges dirty. The food not so bad. Served hot and made to order. Meat was cooked perfectly, French fries were crispy hot flavorful. They have a assortment of drinks alcohol and none alcohol. Give them a try and let us know your experience.

I love the southern theme of the restaurant and they had cute Christmas decorations. Great food and friendly service. Highly recommend the bbq potato skins and Texas egg rolls, so yummy!

We usually have Patty as our server. Today we had Autumn. Both are fantastic. Autumn tried her best when we voiced our dissatisfaction with the new menu changes. Most of the food that we get every time we go has been removed from the menu. The sweet potato fries, the green beans, the honey molasses BBQ sauce, the BBQ ranch dressing, the boneless wings, the artichoke dip and the brownie have all been taken away.

I have been getting the honey molasses BBQ sauce for about 30 years. Even though it’s not what I wanted, I was going to order an entree with a different sauce until I was DENIED getting the same item for both my sides. I was informed they could no longer provide “double sides”. I would have to get two different sides instead of two of the same thing. One of the reasons I go to Roadhouse is for the baked sweet potato. I don’t think management should tell a customer that we can’t have the sides we want.

I drive a little over an hour for this restaurant and often enough that some of the servers remember us. Patty even remembers our order. That will no longer happen. The menu changes were bad enough, but to be denied getting double sides was ridiculous in my opinion. it’s my money so I should be able to say what I order if it’s on the menu.

The service was great and the food was delicious. Best grilled chops and tasted just as good the next day.

Only improvements is that the spread for the rolls had a gluey texture and tastes like margarine instead of real butter and that was not good.

They need to get a filter for the water they serve customers. It tasted off and like sediment.
