The food here was honestly the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had in my life. Everything tasted old, dry, and poorly prepared. You should seriously consider replacing the cook immediately.

Cashier Hailey at the Santa Fe Springs location should not be working the front counter. I placed an online order and went in to pick it up. While I waited, Hailey finished helping another customer, then looked directly at me, turned around, and completely ignored me no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” She then proceeded to ring up another customer without saying a word to me. I eventually had to ask another employee in the back for assistance, and only then did Hailey finally help me with noticeable attitude. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

The servers need to wear mask or saliva guard when taking orders or handle customers' plates. I see them shouting and yelling, spreading saliva all over the food. Pretty disgusting.

The worst experience I’ve ever had a panda express. The manager was disrespectful the words they use they should be fired. The management at this location needs to be replaced and deal dealt with. Rude unprofessional I just disrespectful. Avoid this panda at all cost
