Walked in today and bought a teriyaki bowl half and half and the food was so bomb everything was made perfectly it’s been a while since I had good panda and today was ? the cook and the kitchen help in charge of the rice and noodles followed recipes to the T Thank you very very good today 10/23
The Manager is very rude to the customers, poor service from all the employees, the Manager gives very bad service and the employees are scared of her even in the amount of food you can see that it is very bad

The orange chicken taste like vinegar and it wasn't cooked all the way. The honey chicken breast taste like fish and was not fully cooked either. Rice and noodles were okay IDK if there's a new cook or what I eat here often usually good but pretty disappointed this time

Extremely miserable The portion On my plate there was only 2 small pieces of meat, I think this restaurant is vegetarian pure vegetables they gave me!?

This Panda Express is the best. The quality of their food is WAY better than the other Whittier Panda, they're generous with their portions most of the time, and the staff is always professional.

Today may 30.2024 @130pm I came in ordered 2 bigger plates, and was only given 1 side. I went back and explained to them the cashier the situation, I then was rushed by another employee with anger as they did not understand that didn’t not give me my side. The manager Carmela the manager then came now I have 3 workers in front of me with furious attitude, and I explained the situation. Carmela then aggressively grabs my food says to throw it to a couple worker works me a new plate and throws it to me almost hitting me along with a tray. I gave time so you may see cameras because that was so disrespectful. I was wearing a basket Lakers shirt.
If you are in a hurry it is not the best place, it takes too long from the moment you arrive until you leave with your food

The lady who had helped me could have been a lot nicer she was rushing people and I really wasn't too happy about that so I will not be coming there again they really didn't work on how they interact with the customers regardless of what kind of day they are having they really need to put that aside and be kind and have patience.
