The female manager I spoke to tonight was absolutely terrible with her “I can’t do anything for you” “I can’t send out the bread bowl we forgot” “call doordash/your delivery service and they might reimburse you”. Absolutely ridiculous… had this not been my mothers birthday dinner (I’m out of the state) I wouldn’t have minded this 2nd “forgot the bread bowl” excuse. Train your managers to help out your mess up. Treat people with respect and own up to your mistake, it’s just a mistake… however pawning it off on the delivery guy for food you didn’t give him to deliver is so ridiculous. Own your mistake and make it right. Train your “manager on duty” to fix a problem VS brush it off on someone else. This was my mothers birthday dinner!!! This manager doesn’t care anything about her customers, just the bottom line of her end of day numbers. It’s obvious.

Nice large location with friendly staff and good food. My chair was a little rickety, but other than that, it was a nice location you would expect from the chain. Will stop by again if I am in the neighborhood.Parking: Shared with large open air shopping complex.Kid-friendliness: Lots of large tables with booths and chairs/tables.

Order online then when you pick up they are out of things, then the cashier can't be patient enough to wait for me to get a substitute. Horrible customer service. Today will be the last time we order from here.

I went here for lunch to get orders for me and my friends. I got my order but I had to drive back for the stupid chips they forgot. No sorry no nothing. When I got back I read the receipt and we're supposed to get 4 chips and she gave us only 3 (after looking at my receipt - totally did it purposely). Oh yea btw I said whole wheat on my bread.

This was a very good experience for me. The employees compensated me when I asked them for chips. And the ambience is very friendly, and the food is even better!

I can only reference the food. First I ordered off of door dash a broccoli Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. I only got the Mac and cheese no bread bowl. Secondly it tastes and looks like the Mac and cheese was just put into the broccoli cheddar soup. The most redeeming part is the drinks. It I think it is safe to say I will only be ordering in person to make sure I get what I ordered properly.

My wife brought me a beef and white cheddar sandwich. It had two thin slices of beef and I didn't taste the cheddar either. I did taste the horseradish, it have the bread some flavor. Probably won't go there again. If we go to any Panera I will check to make sure there is something between the slices of bread before we leave. What a rip off.
