Found a hair in my thai tea / a hair in my soup . To make things worse I show up kitchen lady is coughing up a storm and serving my plate. Never coming back again . They should have back up workers than can cook if a staff member is sick

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and over the years, they’ve even been teaching me how to order in Vietnamese! Now, I always order ‘Phở số 2, thêm thịt, tô lớn,’ which is the Number 2 with extra meat, large size. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, Pho Mai has a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese food!
Delicious pho! I ordered the #2, sliced beef and well done brisket. The medium portion was just right for lunch. The broth has a really lovely delicate flavor, not too meaty or salty. The prices were reasonable as well.

The food has become sweeter than before, the portion sizes have significantly decreased, and the prices have skyrocketed. They offer fake Sriracha and fake Hoisin sauce. It seems they've given up on serving dinner as they close the shop too early.
