Nice casual atmosphere and super fast service, but portion was small for the price. Nice broth, tender noodles, but only 4 or 5 thin slices of meat. I've gotten much bigger bowls with way more meat for the same price. Spring roll was very good, one of the best peanut sauces I've had. I would come back to try other dishes.
Update Review (5 yrs later):
Under new management and hence all the authetic pho flavor that used to charm the air and live in the food has been lost.
The menu items and quality of ingredients have been downgraded.

I love their vegetable pho soup with beef broth and the shrimp vermicelli. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Parking: Parking can be a little bit of an issue because it's in a shipping center with several other businesses that share the lot.
