We called in an order for a Large chicken pho and we were given 10 minutes for it to be ready. We get there earlier and our pho had been sitting on the "pick-up" table already but it's a Small order. So the waiter takes the wrong one to the back and brings out a Large in less than 5 minutes (suspicious but okay, no big deal) we pay and when we get home to finally have dinner the noodles AND the chicken are stone cold. Cold as in it just came out of a refrigerator! This was the result of them rushing it after they got the order wrong and forgot to put the noodles and chicken in the microwave to heat up which is disgusting to begin with so it was a slip up on their part for rushing. So I call and the person that answered tries to give an excuse and saying that it was our fault because we picked it up late since the broth starts to get cold after a few minutes and he suggests that I heat it up in the microwave at home (the audacity) Then I asked him why would you give us a time of 10 minutes then and we even got there earlier than that?...We were frequent customer but not anymore after this bad mistake, terrible customer service and unsanitary inconvenience all for a HIGH PRICE $$$.

Wow.....The Pho, the food, the drinks...!!!Everything was delicious, came with the family. Including my picky eaters and they absolutely ate everything. I highly highly recommend this place if you're looking for good Pho and traditional Asian plates this is the spot to visit by far. Not to mention the staff was great. Food was served very fast. We absolutely loved the place and will definitely be coming back.

Really great food. They have something for everyone. I'm not big on trying new things, but my beef sandwich & fried rice were delicious!! My grandkids LOVE the soups ? ❤️. Staff is awesome, friendly and helpful.Will definitely be back for more.

My small Dog was in a secured zipped up Stroller no way to get in contact with anyone, zero. However the Employee asked if we had a service Dog unfortunately I didn’t, however what a way to Lose Customers, Sadly. GOD Bless You.

Not sure why I didn't write this review sooner but this is my favorite pho place! Chicken fried rice and plain pho is always my order. Chicken fried rice is always good, fresh, and consistent with the flavor. They're always really quick with their service which I appreciate. Only thing I can say is that the pho broth is not always consistent flavor wise but since I don't get meat in mine, I know that changes the taste of the broth. My go to pho spot.
Good service, people are nice so nothing wrong there, definitely recommend coming to get the original pho soup, very delicious!

It's a nice little hole in the wall, dark setting, quiet on the noise level which I prefer. I give the calamari a 5/5. Really flavorful, crispy and the texture was just how I like it (not too tender). The Vietnamese pad Thai could have had a tad more flavor, but it came with lots of noodles and chicken, shrimp and beef. My mom had the soft chow mein with the 3 meats as well which I had a bit of to taste and it was good. Overall it was good enough for me to go back and try something else on the menu.

Could improve on the Pho broth. Over all was ok. I was pleasantly surprised that Whittier could have such a Vietnamese restaurant.Parking: There are many businesses around. At particular time could be a bit hard to get parking.
