I ordered an xl pizza at 3:30pm and got an email that my order will be done at 4:15. I get there early and wait outside and walk in at 4:10 and I’m told to wait 10 mins. I see the worker then barely get ready to prepare my order so I try calling out for the worker but I’m left ignored until I raise my voice and say excuse me once again. I tell the worker if I can have a refund since my order isn’t even made and she says “oh sorry i didn’t hear your order in the tablet”. So I ask for my refund again and she says she isn’t able to give me a refund since she doesn’t have authority to do so. So I said okay so how do I get my refund and she says “they” will give you your money back. She than says call tomorrow and tell them to give my refund and I ask how will be assured I will be refunded and she repeats on saying “they will return your money” not once did she say “they” are or any useful information about the owners name or info. She than says she can’t contact them because it’s their day off and I say but they are the owner shouldn’t they be available at all times. She than claims to message them over text and get the okay that they will return my money with no form of receipt or way if proving a Refund. This place just seems very sketchy and unprofessional.

The pizza is absolutely amazing. Fantastic fluffy crispy crust. The toppings are all real no fake cheese real cheese. I would highly recommend eating here.

I’m guessing they never pick up the phone? Been trying to place an order for 30 minutes with no answer which is really frustrating considering it says they are open on google maps for delivery until 8pm. Really wanted to like this place since pizza mania is gone but they’re making it extremely hard:((

Just found this spot here in Whittier. The pizza is delicious. Great flavor, not too fattening or too pasty. The cheese is very good and the slices are cut neatly. I also had their Italian sub. I like them hot! I will make this my quick go-to spot for pizza.

Dough was very thin, oddly shaped and the pizza was falling apart. Also cheese was oddly salty.
Place is small, food is quick and delicious my only complaint is the lemon pepper wings: salty, couldn't finish them.

This place is actually good so I’m a little disappointed right now, it’s 15 minutes past their open time and I’ve been sitting in my car waiting for them to open the door and they won’t answer the phone.Edit for 10/31/2023.I so badly want to love this place because the food is so good but the customer service sucks. I ordered $65 worth of food to be delivered and they forgot an item.I know mistakes happen but what irks is that they NEVER answer the phone.

I tried for the first time ,I think is the best pizza in southern cali I can’t leave a review on the service but they close at 2:00 pm on Monday,so sad I drove from San Bernardino all the way for free ?
