My experience at this Popeyes location was not too pleasant the only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the coleslaw. The employee was too busy with her phone which must have been why instead of a 3-piece meal that I ordered they gave me a 2-piece. It also wasn't comforting watching the employee grab the biscuits right after being on her phone. They were also sold out of their chocolate chip biscuits by 11 am and had zero condiments available.

Food is always pretty good.
Seems like they make sure to mess up at least one part of every order.
Makes it kind of fun to see what's inside the bag after you order.

Employees are not friendly including manager Monica
This location needs to hire employees that want to work and that care about providing excellent customer service.
This is the worst location I have ever been to. You tell them and the manager makes excuses. Always something. The owner should really look at his employees and hire better for 2025.

I been a customer this particular location. For about 8 years now.. This location has took a turn for the worst. When I walked in there yesterday, the manager maritza, with tattoos on her neck and hickeys,told me that it was gonna be 15 minutes before I can place my order. Because she was really backed up, and her cook was on break. Once I gave her my order., she told me very rudely. it was gonna be 40 minutes before my order can be completed ! This lady should not be a manager. She was very rude, hostel in confrontational. The condition of the restaurant was messi, tables were dirty!
