Purchased a large gravy and was given a small cup half ways full and was told the large gravy that’s around $9 is three tiny scoops that if I ordered a small it would be a small scoop only, then the rude drive thru guy said I was wrong and he was correct that’s that’s how it is at every Popeyes, then the rude manager said the same thing and then said that she did not care what I “ thought” that I was wrong… went to my local Popeyes and purchased two large gravy’s which is enough to almost fill a whole large cup or soda… don’t go here plus they blur their receipt on purpose to overcharge you
I would not eat here, looks so empty inside and dirty on the outside. Saw a woman with tattoos all over her face, arms, and neck. Does not look clean inside. Not sure if the food is cook right or if they clean the kitchen.

This was the worst experience I have had at this location. The guy who took my order in the drive through window got like half my order wrong. As I pull up to the window, I hear him complaining to another employee about another interaction he had with a different customer and how rude he was being to him. He swipes my card, doesn't even give me my receipt. As I drive off with my food, I go back inside to correct my order. As he sees me walking in, 1st thing he says all loud is "oh my god", totally rude about it. I let the lady know who was in the front that I ordered fries, not mashed potatoes. She fixed it for me and I left. As I get home, the food was horrible! The chicken sandwich wasn't even cooked through, the Mac n cheese was soggy and chalky. The fries were stale and the lemonade was horrendous. I will never go back to waste my money here. Worst customer service I've experienced and the food was no better

It's 8pm on a Monday. I just stood at the order counter (because I had a question before ordering) for six minutes. No greeting, no service whatsoever. The staff seemed aware I was there but avoided eye contact when I spoke aloud. Gave up and left.

I visited Popeyes today with absolutely no expectations but still left utterly disappointed due to the bad service I received. From the moment I pulled into the driveway, it was clear that the staff were disorganized and uninterested in providing quality service. The man/lady taking my order was so rude and I felt rushed. When I pulled up to the window, It seemed as though the staff were moving at a fast pace, with a high of urgency but did a whole lot of nothing. I asked politely if I can add 1 more side to my order and another man/lady told me “no” I asked why and they gave me an excuse I never heard before - they already took the next persons order.. which makes no sense because since I haven’t paid for my order it could still be modified (add or remove items)What bothered me the most and drove me to write this review is that after all that my order was still wrong and missing items. Overall the experience was bad and unpleasant.I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. It’s worth it to dive a little further for a different Popeyes.

I had placed an online order and when i got home i was missing a couple of things and when i picked up my order a young lady had a really bad attitude and was rude. And then i came by 2 days later and Verena helped me out. All i can say is she has excellent customer service. Thank you Verena for your amazing service.

Drive thru took 30minutes. Couldn’t even back up to leave or I would have. Once I got to the window they wanted to us wait out front. We ended up leaving with no food and didn’t pay. Would never go back here.
The sign says the 2pc combo is $11 and cents but when I paid the cashier told me the price is $13 and cents. $15.21 with taxes. When I asked I mentioned the sign says $11 and she says I know but they had not changed yet. It doesn’t make sense. When they are wrong you always pay the price they say in the sign, correct? Watch out your pockets!Chicken was cold warm and the biscuit almost raw. Not surprise why there was not a line as all Popeye’s locations use to have.My bad, I did not read the reviews before entering. ??♀️

Probably one of the worst popeyes I've ever been to the food is mediocre and lacked flavor. I thought for a second that I was given chicken wings instead of chicken drumsticks but then I seen the thighs and I guess the chickens at this popeyes are smaller. I actually finished eating and was still hungry. Paid a good amount of money to be unsatisfied, but that's where the fast food industry is going I guess.

Sometimes I really crave Popeyes I'd rather eat Popeyes then Kentucky or churches but this location is horrible service horrible food bad and they're always out of somethingIt's the only Popeyes near me e and I don't even go that often because I know I'm going to regret it but once in a blue moon I'll go hoping something has changed and NO always a let down

Generally poor service, and most items are not available anytime after 7, whenever I happen to go. However, the corporate customer service reps are really helpful and are always great about solving my order issues. Also, one time while I was waiting for my food, I saw a child just hanging out in the kitchen.
