I eat breakfast here 7 days a week. I usually get the cactus, eggs and beans breakfast with a cup of coffee. It’s just like my mom’s home made food. Excellent portions & best service I’ve experience than anywhere else around here.Try it at least once & put your personal comments. I only eat at places where my business is appreciated & Rey’s is one of those places where I would gladly spend my money.

Know this place is a good little Spanish for homemade tamales no alcohol but it's really nice seems like locals go there lots and lots of pictures of all the visitors really really nice little hidden spot in Whittier all prices for their plates are above 15 bucks

Everything I’ve ever tried has been delicious ! Chorizo, Chilaquilles, taquitos, French toast, Menudo so many good plates to choose from. And the service is awesome too.

Enchiladas were bland, rice was dry, chile relleno was flat and meager but at least it had a good flavor. Staff was very nice.

This place is okay, I had a chicharron an egg breakfast. Chicharron was great, the beans are okay but the rice appears they must make it in large batches seems like they warm it up in the microwave and then serve it to you. the server there a mature lady was great coffee's good Mexican style with cinnamon flavor. My wife love the champurrado! I didn't like my eggs over easy serve on top of chicharron, I prefer that on the rice. Rays is not too pricey they are acceptable!
