Ordered from the new location in San Fernando. The chicken is soggy, the fries taste terrible and bland and the toast is burnt. The sauce is the only saving grace and not even that could save this meal. 3/10 Take your money to bangin buns.

Bangin buns continues to be the best chicken sandwich. This place sucks and the positive reviews about this place is either their friends and family and/or ghetto low class people that dont know what good food is suppose to taste like. Youre welcome

Holy f****** s*** they just opened a spot in San Fernando and my god is it good as f*** excuse my French but f*** that s*** this is so refreshing the quality of the chicken the seasoning the fries the sauce you can tell whoever runs this b**** knows hot chicken thank you for the pleasant experience

Pros- chicken is crispy, and not dry at all. - great portion for the price Cons -lacks flavor, the chicken itself really has no flavor, can't taste the spice (I tried both mild and medium) They're really friendly and we're quick despite being busy but ultimately if the chicken can't stand alone on its flavor, it's not gonna have people coming back. As other reviewers have commented, with all the these chicken spot opening up you have to nail the basic and sadly there's really no flavor/ seasoning. Btw I tried at their new location in San Fernando, it was opening day- don't know if that could explain the lack of flavor but I there's already other locations I doubt that should be at fault.

I had a hot sandwich and I was going by the reviews that is was great.. first of all an $11 sandwich better really be good because the competition out there is great for half the price. After having a. Richies hot sandwich I wasn't really completely impressed. It wasn't as hot as they claim to be and The Taste was good but not $11 good. Kentucky Fried Chicken"s hot chicken sandwich and Popeyes hot chicken sandwich or a better value with more flavor than Richie's. If you're going to put a chicken sandwich on this competitive market it better be good especially for $11.

We have been following on IG for quite a while and finally had the chance to try in west Covina, we were first in line. It took a bit to get set up and going, but once that went, we didn't wait too long. Food came out hot and fresh. We brought it home to eat, the first bite was great! The fries are tasty. The sandwich and sauce is good. I like my chicken sandos to be Xtra crispy, and I have very high chicken sandwich standards (we LOVE Howling Ray's) so in comparison to that, this is worth a try!

This place was not what I was expecting. None of the workers were wearing face masks and some customers. The place looked dirty and unprofessional. The food is not worth putting tour health at risk. They also take FOREVER to get the food out. Compared to other chicken trucks and chicken places this place is not good. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else.
finally gave richie's a try to my dismay. spent close to $40 (cash only) on chicken that lacked a decent spice kick and fries that were underwhelmingly bland and soggy. it was definitely filling but not very satisfying for the value.on my next craving..i'll be sticking with popeyes chick sandwich and fries that are cheaper, more delicious and actually come with a drink. nothing to see here but another overpriced food truck -- unless mediocre fried grub is your thing..

Food flavor was pretty good. My family and I order the deluxe chicken sandwich, loaded fries, tenders and fries. The fries could of been cooked a little longer and seasoned more. The chicken was pretty dry other then that it was okay.

I really liked this spot! The chicken was fresh and I love how you can choose your spicy level! I recommend coming here if your around the area in Whittier !

Way way over priced ! The chicken is not bad but it is kind of dry. I don't mind supporting a small local business but I was extremely disappointed. Like I mentioned it wasn't bad but after eating here I wished I had paid 6-8 dollars a plate oppose to 13-15. Not returning

Dirty food truck. They do not wear masks in the kitchen. I told them I wanted a refund and the obese guy dressed in black got upset and said that it doesn't matter if the cook wears a mask.
