ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE.......5/5/21 ordered flowers to be delivered on 5/6. At 4pm on 5/7/21 - NOTHING delivered and NO phone call from florist. I call to follow up and they get indignant because I want a refund. WORST FLORIST I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They are criminals...DO NOT USE THEM. STILL NO REFUND

Do not buy flowers from thease fraudulent people, They purposely Blame it onIn the beginning ofTheir statementsWe ordered flowers for my mother Specifically pickedOff of their Arrangements we picked the rose medley. We got an arrangement the looked like someone picked them from their garden it was susposed to have a beautiful pink tall vase . but it came in a small square vase you could buy at the dollor store .Don't trust a word Dave says.

I ordered flowers for my sister online for a special occasion. It was supposed to be a large lovely arrangement with a variety of flowers and a balloon. My sister received it and it was NOTHING compared to the image on the website, and the balloon was missing. It was literally half of the flowers! When called to complain, I spoke to a guy and his response was, "You shouldn't go based on the image." So, why are you false advertising?! I never received an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." It was never replaced and/or some type of refund was NEVER offered to me. Mind you, I live in Missouri and I ordered from this place because my sister lives in Whittier. Since this whole COVID-19 pandemic, I was trying to support local businesses. I am very displeased with their customer service, and their unprofessionalism. My recommendation would be to please go in person to purchase flowers. Apparently, YOU CAN'T DO IT ONLINE AND TRUST THE FLOWERS WOULD LOOK LIKE THE IMAGE.

My mom bought flowers here for more than 30 years. When she suddenly passed I came in near closing and ordered all of her funeral flowers. I was met with compassion and tenderness and above all very fair pricing. They were sent to Rose Hills flawlessly. Recently I ordered flowers the day before I needed them just by calling them up because I live out of state. They were delivered and were so much more beautiful than anything I had seen online and at a much better price. They are kind on the phone when you order sympathy flowers, even before finding out you are a long time customer. I trust them 100%, when can you say that about a business in this day and age?
We were craving shaved ice today and decided to stop by Scotty's Flower & Gifts. So glad we went here? Service was fast and friendly and the prices are great! Perfect refresher for a hot afternoon. They also serve Boba and have many flavors to choose from, we will be back for some next time! Thank you ?

They are very unprofessional, I called to check on my order that i placed online i wanted to make sure i was getting exactly what is on the pictures from thier website so i called ahead of time as soon as i put in the order to make sure the gift was going to come how it is pictured with the beautiful pot and the beautiful rocks, she told me yes everything will be the same as the picture, so the day comes where my friend received his gift and i was so upset it was nothing like i ordered and nothing like they told me ,i payed a lot of money for this gift and i wanted it exactly how they told me i would get it they sent it in a little wooden pot! So i called again to complain and they told me they are sorry that everyone makes mistakes that the only think they can do is go pick up the plant from my friend and refund me the money! That is a ripp off how can you take away a gift you already gave someone they think a simple sorry will fix the problem. I learned my lesson never again will i order from this flower shop!!
