To start off, the juices never fail, I always try to go as often as I can since I live close by. The tortas are always a good lunch options when I'm in a rush! Everything is fresh and the service whenever you want something specific is the best, they are super patient and at the end of the day it's a nice little shop, it's very simplistic and your typical juicery set up! The ambience is very peaceful!

Not the best smoothies. The man has great customer service they are very sweet, but the smoothies aren't made as advertised. I ordered the diabetic one as stated outside instead I was given a lumpy smoothie made out of pineapple spinach cactus etc just blended in the blender, I make those at home. Not worth it maybe something else.

I work in Whittier and I absolutely love small hole in the wall places like Smoothies Marilu. This one opened not too long ago and the owner is an older Hispanic lady who put her life savings into this store. I hope our Yelp community can show them some love and support this place! They serve tortas, esquite, tostilocos, and drinks, so you can get your savory and sweet craving all in one. I came with my coworkers and they loved the chicken torta and milanesa torta. The bread was nice and buttery, the vegetables were just the right amount, and the jalapenos went very well with the meat. There's a lot of torta out there but i absolutely love the one by Marilus. We shared bionicos and the fruit was fresh and sweet. I got a banana smoothie because I was feeling healthy. It had a great banana flavor - they didn't skimp out on the bananas! I hate when my smoothie feels too icy.Parking is plentiful and sort of shared with the 711 parking lotValue is good for what you get. The tortas and drinks are big!!
