Pretty good! Kinda pricy about $16 for beef brisket pho. But it was good. Did lunch pick up and it was ready in 10 mins midweek
Would go again

First and definitely the last will ever be coming to this place. Horrible customer service, ordered the garlic pasta with shrimp, never got my food. Not even an apology. While my family eating their food, never had a waitress approach us if we were fine or if we needed anything. When paying the bill told the waitress about me not receiving my food and she did not seem to care at all. This place definitely lacks customer service.

Poor hygiene the person charging used the same dirty gloves to prepare someone's food, they seem to have low standards for cleaness tours preparing food.

I have eaten here several times. Food is good. But not once have I ever been offered a refill on my ice tea.

Didn’t even get the chance to eat here came at 11pm only planned to get one soup to share they wrote my name and number they said they’d call so I assumed it was fine they never called I went in to ask if I could just get takeout at 11:45 while people were still in there and they said it was too late must’ve been a mistake they didn’t call me yet they crossed out my name already on the list before I even came in I was already trying to be understanding that it was late, but if they weren’t going to serve me, they could’ve told me instead of having me sit somewhere until 12 AM and no longer being able to find somewhere to eat after have taken such a long drive since I was on a trip, just a pull over to want to eat some normal food and not fast food. For them to hold me up until everywhere else was closed that I can get decent food at it’s the disrespectful behavior for me when you could’ve. Just let me know that you couldn’t serve any more people after 11 and put me under the assumption that I would be fine to still order something

Excellent pho place, with authentic flavor. The portions sizes are good for the price, and the servers are very nice and accommodating

Wow, the taste was amazing - both the pho and the cucumber lemonade. The pho was richly and deeply flavored and was satisfying while still being bright and fresh feeling. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. I almost never eat out, but I would if I lived near Soup Shop.

I just saw another review say the same thing....
The take out bowls are pre-packaged and refrigerated until they're ordered. You'll get cold noodles and cold meat. Not room temp or a bit warmed, no, these are cold as in fresh out of the fridge. They expect you to heat it up with the broth which instantly gets cold when poured onto the cold noodles and cold meat. Pure laziness and lack of hospitality knowledge. Has the owner of this establishment learned anything about food borne pathogens prior to opening this soup shop? Of course not. Earlier, they were serving the condiments and fixings bag inside of your bowl including the hot sauce they give and that is contamination. Eat at your own risk.

Update: do you pre-package your to go orders and then expect the broth to heat it up? Because I ordered to go and my noodles and chicken were stone cold. This is an unsafe way of serving food.
