Honestly I don’t like leaving reviews but this girl I don’t remember her name Morena? Something with an M but she was this Latina/hispanic on the heavy side but that attitude wasn’t okay with me
all I asked was just Trenta cups of ice and she goes “oh sorry it’s not letting me do the button” and I use to work at Starbucks so I know all you need to do is just type in “Trenta” on the description
so I told her that and I was like “oh well can it be just this time?” and mind you I do this all the time but she said “yeah just this once but the Trenta is for paying costumers
” with this semi annoyed face and again it’s been a month since I worked at Starbucks so I don’t know if policy changed but GIRL it’s hot and summer and my AC doesn’t work at my place of work

Too many times the staff there mixes up my order. I either wind up with the wrong drink or it comes out the wrong size or missing the extras that I paid for. It also is a different price than the same drink is at other locations. The when I ask for the receipt to confirm that the order is correct there is always an excuse like “Sorry, the system is down and we can’t print right now” or something lame like this. The cashier staff here are poorly trained and not very helpful. I would skip this location until they make some serious improvements to the staff at this location.

i think because of the area where is located theres alot of weird people using their restroom n taking over the tables. i had my kid with me who want it to use the restroom. as we waited a guy came out looking confused and dishable from the restroom. and then in back of us were two women bald dress as boys eagerly wanting to use the bathroom n cut in front of us waiting in the line for the one bathroom single stall. i told my kid lets go somewhere else n just get our drinks . the two bald women dress as boys went together in the single stall bathroom. they never came out . they didnt even bought anything they just want it to use the restroom to do idk what. drugs or idk what else. im so thankful i didnt let my teenage kid go alone . idk what this people could of done to her. i immediately took her out of the line of the restroom n told her how it wasnt safe.

the code for the restroom was given to them when the barista said it out loud to us then the two girls over heard it and rush to the line. u can tell the barista didnt want it to give the code but this people were just waiting an opportunity to get it.
not only that but the front table was full with a bunch of "hippies" and a guy was growling like a dog and been annoying. please monitor your restroom more and dont give the code outloud. this people are using it for who knows what. this is not okay. specially for minors and children that want to use the restroom. i think because of the area is better if theres only a window to order and closed the dine in area. also i trew my drink because the guy growling like a dog was closed to the pick up section n i couldnt see if he touch the drinks or not . all their friends were taking over that front table and pick up area.

then as we exit there was a couple by the door saying how they hadnt shower and they looked homeless.
please advise the district manager that this area is not safe. to spend a few hrs there and they would see how bad it is. there putting their baristas in danger as well as their customers.

Horrible service, i’ve been coming to this starbucks for over 5 years now and their workers had the audacity to accuse of me, and refused to let me and my friends use their restroom due to their FALSE allegations against us. If i was able to give them a 0 review rating i would. Completely disgusted with the behavior of the staff and beyond disgusted with how rude they treat their paying LOYAL customers. I will never be supporting the starbucks company again after being publicly humiliated and will be letting all my friends and family know to not go after this disappointing encounter. I hope the starbucks team disciplines their manager and employee, they were both completely unprofessional and incompetent of working in the food/service industry. Horrible experience and even worse hospitality would never recommend going to anyone.
