Took me 15 minutes in drive thru and only 3 cars ahead of me to get my drink. It’s INSALEY slow never coming here again.

I enjoy coming to this starbucks. However, their drive thru is horrible. I always wait more than 20 mins for my order. I wish they would either move faster or have more staff. Hope this gets better in 2025.

The wait time is horrible. I place orders 10 minutes before arriving and still have to wait 20-30 minutes after my order says it was completed. If you stop here before work you’ll be late no matter the time of day since they lag it. I even left early to make time and still they took longer than usual.

Watch the staff and shift have no sense of urgency while there is a lobby full of customers waiting for drinks and a long line in the drive through. They were more concerned with talking to each other than connecting with customers and getting drinks out on a timely matter with the shift leading that standard. I keep coming back hoping things change but it is a sad experience whe. I come in in the afternoon weekend.

It would be nice to at least be acknowledged when you come into the store. I was there to pick up an order and I waited and waited and waited and finally someone came over and I told them I was there to pick up a order. And lo and behold. It had been sitting over by the drive-thru window the entire time I was there.
The next time I was there same thing. Only this time I decided to go over to the cashier. And again I waited for someone to acknowledge me and I let them know what I was there for and again my order had been sitting there by the drive-thru window.

My friend made a mobile order for me today after I got out the gym. Got there 5 minutes after and stood off to the side for no more than 2 minutes and the barista that was making the mobile orders (making mine as she was speaking) asked what the name was I was waiting for and rudely said when mobile ordering wait the 10 minutes because she doesn't like when people are standing off to the side waiting.
Time was about 6:05- 6:10am

This is the only Starbucks in the area that gets my order right 100% of the time. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Always a great experience but again the only Starbucks that ALWAYS gets my order perfect. Thank you!
