Drink was wrong. Service was mediocre. Atmosphere was terrible as there were several customers waiting for their order. I'm talking at least 15 people waiting for their order. I paid for a 7 dollar drink that was wrong, which I immediately poured out in the plants outside as I left. I wasn't going to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to fix it. Store seems like they don't have a handle on things.

This store is not exempt from providing water in the summer time they are being arrested and charged as killers for this.

Came here for a cake pop with my son and ordered 1 with a water then he finished it ordered another for him.. and still never got my water... 15 minutes for a water is Ridiculous never coming back here

Was there to order a Venti Caramel Macchiato, Hot, Soy Milk with Extra Caramel, i notice the cashier was doing multiple chores, and she messed up my order, they served a Cold, Venti, Caramel, with regular milk, Im lactose intolerant and i don't drink cold cofe. So another young lady came to help after the barista that prepared my drink for the second time after I told her what happened she gave me a Hot this time but still prepared it with regular milk 😡 so i had to let them know i could not drink the regular milk, finally they got it righ after 30 minutes in an almost empty Starbucks. This was all because the cashier was doing other chores but attending the registers, that's how mistakes and money problems happens. Just my two cents.

It's a shame.. I've been here 2 times only and both times I've gotten my order wrong.. Maybe the music is too loud or them joking around too much they can't hear me /:

Drive thru did not move for 30 plus minutes and I am not exaggerating. I asked why it’s not moving and was told they are under staffed. We were able to back out after the four cars behind us backed out. Do not go through the drive thru.

Worst experience ever two order here and came to pick up my order a Mobil order It took in 40 minutes to do my order both days and Manager Mirella Had a bad really bad attitude With customers after waiting for my drink the taste horrible not like a coffee it was super sweet never coming back here. Well call Corp. and tell them about it after the renovation. It was a disaster. This Starbucks they need a better manager or supervisor to take care of this place

Morons work here. Ordered oatmeal with fruit. Got the bag with the oatmeal bowl sideways leaking out. No fruit. Just a bag of almonds which I'm allergic to. If I could back hand the person that prepared my order, I would.
