I’ve never had a bad Starbucks experience until I visited this location. I am not from the area and if I would have known I would’ve avoided this location. The baristas were rude and I felt discriminated. I spent a lot of dollars on some stuff and when I asked for a bag, a red hair barista said they had run out of bags, but tell me why we saw a whole bunch of bags. When we asked another barista he said we could take one that was on the side that looked like it was used.When we ordered the food the girl gave us major attitude. I realized a few hours later I got charged $2.00 more. I know it’s just $2.00 but I am going to call to ask why I got charged. I don’t recommend this location.

No place to sit and no bathrooms for the public. How do you sell coffee but not have a bathroom? And the place was a complete mess with boxes stacked everywhere. I have finally found the worst Starbucks in the USA.

So I went on 11/11/23 with my daughter and a friend. The cashier continued moping while we waited for her. I approached the cash register and asked if she could help us she said give me a minute. So we waited until she would want to come over and help. She walked over and we ordered. She went back to her mopping. I asked can i order something else and with a unhappy face said give me a min so I waited again until she decided to come and take my order. When I asked for a bag for the extra pastries I ordered she said "I ran out of bags" but I noticed she had bags under the register. So I waited for the barista to end prepping our drinks to ask for a bag for our pastries and he same a bag that was sitting on the counter empty but used. I felt angry but also dismissed as both gave us the same treatment. We were not rude or disrespectful in any way. So as we walked out the cashier said "have a great day" with a snide face. Never ever coming back to this place. No one deserves to be treated like this. No wonder this Starbucks was empty.

Ian and Emmi, your customer service, cheerful attitude, drink suggestions, smiles, courtesy, and kindness were some of the best I have ever had from ANY Starbucks. You're both amazing humans. I was having a rough day but interacting with you two both really made my day. Thank you!

I was looking forward to this location given how hidden it is and very clean/safe on the outside. I don't know if this is a new location or whatever the case may be. I know when I walked in there was a gentleman putting posters together, but this is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, in terms of Friendly staff. I walked in, and everybody was just kind of doing their own thing, and maybe a few minutes after a female worker who look like she would rather be anywhere else in the world than working, took my order seems somewhat inconvenient that she had to stop whatever it was that she was doing to help me, and no engagement at all. Just looking very annoyed. When I completed my order is paid, I'm confident after taking my drink, but I did not get my two shots of espresso. Not to mention my drink was probably waiting there for about a couple minutes because I did not hear my name, and given that I was one of only two customers in the tiny store, no one caught my attention to say hey your drink is ready. What I love about the Starbucks I normally go to which is about two or three locations is how friendly and energetic the staff looks. This visit definitely sucked the energy out of me. My visit took place 10 - 30- 23 and the worker who couldn't look more sad was wearing a USC T-shirt. Maybe it is she that needed the double shot of espresso.

I frequently come here since it's around the corner from my house. I normally use the mobile app and order ahead so my items are always waiting at the pick up counter. The workers here are always attentive, courteous, and have always get my order right. They're always willing to give me a pupppucino for my pet doggy!

not sure why but this place always manages to mess up my drink :( iced green tea is too watered down or they don't let it steep enough, and my iced teas/refreshers are never shaken? I used to be a partner so I get the barista hassles but this happens even when the drive thru is empty :/ it's happened every single time

Good service and orders are processed fast. Parking is plenty. No sitting is available due to the growing homeless population hanging out in the parking lot by the dumpsters.
