The drive-through area is well-maintained and features a serene, garden-like atmosphere, making it a great spot to grab a coffee on a hot summer day. Customers have praised staff members like Isita, the manager, for her positive attitude and excellent customer service, which stands out as some of the best experienced. Celeste, another staff member, was also commended for her attentive and kind service, especially when helping with new fall flavors. However, some customers feel the inside of the store was remodeled in a way that discourages staying, with the removal of couches, blocked outlets, and smaller tables.
