So, I ordered a drink through the app and selected the drive-thru option. I went to pick it up like 15 min later, and the staff had no clue that my order was even in the system. I had to show them my receipt on my phone for them to believe me. It could be some kind of system glitch, but honestly, I've always used the drive-thru, and this has never happened before. Ended up waiting for more than 5 min

Had ordered a shaken espresso with no ice and oat milk venti size and was provide with basically the cup not even half filled. On speaker they stated if I wanted the rest filled with oat milk and I said yes but after repeating at the window they didn’t. And then the matcha drink I ordered wasn’t even mixed well. There was lumps all over the drink.

This location has got to be one of the SLOWEST & RUDEST locations I’ve EVER been to. I thought that maybe my 1st visit there, was a bad morning for the staff. Took them 20 minutes for one drink and pastry. The blonde barista with long hair, stood around and talked shit about not caring whether people waiting long for their drinks. Fwd to today, 7 wks later, same thing. There was a barista, short, curly, black hair, with makeup like Poppy’s. Stood around with drinks in her hand while talking to her peers. A customer approached her about the drinks and politely asked for a straw. Never once did she make eye contact with him. She continued to tell to her buddy. Twice he thank her and all she did was walk away. EVERYONE standing around noticed. We all looked at each other in disbelief. She was talking shit about another customer who had asked about the status of his drink. While that customer stood there. They need customer service training!

I have worked in customer service for over 25 years. Yesterday, I was assisted by Celeste. She was very attentive and kind. I felt like she really likes her job and was eager to help me with all the new fall flavors. Celeste, should be the model for every Starbucks employee. Remarkable Service. Thank you Celeste.

I like this location. I'm just disappointed that they chose to remodel the inside to discourage people from staying. Couches are gone, they blocked some outlets, tables are small, etc.

I’ve visited countless Starbucks locations, but this one consistently stands out as the best. What really sets this Starbucks apart is their consistency. Every drink, every order is made perfectly, every time. The staff is exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. Unlike other locations where mistakes seem too common, this Starbucks gets it right, every single visit. It's top-notch on my list, and without a doubt, you'll leave happy every time!

I get it, I really do, yall are busy but no one asked what kind of mobile order I was waiting for. I'm standing there and the one employee that's making coffee didn't even ask at minimum what I was waiting for. Once I got her attention she had an attitude like I'm bothering her when I'm just asking where I get the traveler I ordered on the mobile app. Then I go to the register and I ask for more cups and even that became a hassle even though I said I'd pay for the extra cups. Smh you're in the service industry that you chose to work at. Remember that.
