My sister and I came in for breakfast, and a warm drink. She got a hot tea and I got warm matcha drink. When my sister went to get her free tea refill, the young guy said no. I said why not when I had asked him if there was free tea refill, he said not on her tea, medicine ball. I let her m know that he didn't explain that when I asked him. The young lady said it was ok, she will make her a warm tea.

This location always takes FOREVER! I had 8 cars ahead of me and it took 27 minutes to get an iced tea. I’ve given this location a lot
of chances, now I’m over it! My last mobile experience here said 18-24 minutes and it’s not even “red cup” day! Going to a different location next time. As a matter of fact, I should be going to the “Mom and Pop” locations anyways!

I typically always have an amazing experience at Starbucks, but this was the worst one ever. The main reason was due to the manager at this location. Anytime I would add modifications to my drink she seemed to be annoyed and unnecessarily rude. When I asked about clarifications for items on the menu, she was extremely short with me and abrasive. I felt super disrespected the entire time and hope she doesn’t help any customers from now on due to this behavior. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

No matter what time of day it is this drive-through takes forever. You’ll be waiting over 15 to 30 minutes just to get your drinks even when there’s only 23 cars in line in front of you. I was just there right now waited for over 35 minutes for my order and I was late to work even though there was only 4 cars in front of me. There have been times where I go to this location at least an hour before I want to be at work and every single time I am waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order

OK, so I decided to go into the Starbucks to get my coffee and there was very few people. It took them 15 minutes to get my coffee to me and they said oh it was sitting at the drive-through window when I first asked about it the girl gave me a smug look And said we’ll get to it.

On 8/16/2025 around 3:59pm I had ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso no cinnamon and if they can stir for me please, and the lady said okay I’ll make you an ice caffe late! I was like NO don’t change my item it’s not what I’m ordering and she continues saying that supposedly her system doesn’t let her put “stirred” I told her other stores are able to put “stirred” so as I proceed to pay, they handed my coffee it looked like pure MILK and cinnamon! Mind you I am allergic to cinnamon!!! I said it has cinnamon and the guy said “how do you know ? How can you even tell”?! And I was like look it’s everywhere… he rolled his eyes on me and took it back and the girl with septum piercing and black glasses black hair gave me the dirtiest look… I should had requested a refund instead because when they handed me my new remade drink, my drink was warm! She obviously did give me a caffe late instead of the order I requested… I will never stop by here ever again… I’ll continue to go to this store 24168-231371 is way better , better customer service and better attitude and they listen to your request!!!

So, I ordered a drink through the app and selected the drive-thru option. I went to pick it up like 15 min later, and the staff had no clue that my order was even in the system. I had to show them my receipt on my phone for them to believe me. It could be some kind of system glitch, but honestly, I've always used the drive-thru, and this has never happened before. Ended up waiting for more than 5 min

Had ordered a shaken espresso with no ice and oat milk venti size and was provide with basically the cup not even half filled. On speaker they stated if I wanted the rest filled with oat milk and I said yes but after repeating at the window they didn’t. And then the matcha drink I ordered wasn’t even mixed well. There was lumps all over the drink.

This location has got to be one of the SLOWEST & RUDEST locations I’ve EVER been to. I thought that maybe my 1st visit there, was a bad morning for the staff. Took them 20 minutes for one drink and pastry. The blonde barista with long hair, stood around and talked shit about not caring whether people waiting long for their drinks. Fwd to today, 7 wks later, same thing. There was a barista, short, curly, black hair, with makeup like Poppy’s. Stood around with drinks in her hand while talking to her peers. A customer approached her about the drinks and politely asked for a straw. Never once did she make eye contact with him. She continued to tell to her buddy. Twice he thank her and all she did was walk away. EVERYONE standing around noticed. We all looked at each other in disbelief. She was talking shit about another customer who had asked about the status of his drink. While that customer stood there. They need customer service training!
