My daughter needed to use the restroom before we went to the drive thru and apparently I have to purchase before using using restroom, by the way they don’t even have a sign that says for customers only.
I decided not to buy anything.

Horrible service, I come here almost EVERYDAY! I work at rose hills so it’s convenient, all I asked for was a cup of water on one occasion and they tried to make me BUY water??? I even explained that I had bought a venti caramel macchiato a few hours prior to my second visit for a water and they were really strict on giving me a Grande iced water that should be FREE!! horrible, never coming here again.

God forgive me I just spent $5.75 on a tiny flavorless Bacon Gouda Sandwich. I don’t understand why I did it but I’m sure that I will never do it again. ? Servers and location no complains at all. It’s just me.

**Terrible Service**

A friend had a bathroom emergency, and the staff rudely refused to let him use it. The lack of basic manners and compassion was shocking. Besides the very poor coffee, this is another reason to never use Starbucks again, and this one in particular.

We were having an emergency with a sick person in the car. The Starbucks just closed and the workers did not gave us the passcode to be able to access an outside bathroom in the facility. The manager said per Starbucks policy they could not do us the favor. It was disheartening to see that the immediate need for human compassion was overshadowed by a misplaced sense of prioritizing company interests over people’s well-being. In such critical moments, the true measure of our values should be how we stand by each other, not how we conform to institutional constraints.

The person who was on the window was rude actually most of the crew when I get my mobile orders are always rude act like i got them for free and take a while to get to open the window and they weren’t busy I hope you guys get a better customer service crew

I rarely get Starbucks but I needed gift cards for teacher’s day. It turns out this Starbucks doesn’t sell gift cards. I asked if they ran out and they clarified their location does not sell them, ever. The employee was friendly, but I find it odd they don’t sell their own gift cards.

Ordered a blonde roast and a dark roast venti HOT coffee but they gave me luke warm coffee. If you cant get hot coffee at a coffee shop there is something terribly wrong.
