It would be nice if the music wasn't so blaring loud 🔊 I swear I can't hear myself think with such a volume and the manager won't do anything about it claiming the volume is necessary in order to keep up the ambience. The only thing the volume is keeping up is inconsideration towards the customer's needs and it represents noise pollution. Please correct the matter or this location will be included in the list of sources where noise pollution exists 😒

I just wanted to thank Anthony at the Starbucks location on Beverly and Workman. Unfortunately I had a drink that was made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and he got back with me. I was very impressed that he wanted to meet me and was able to make it right and he went up and beyond and I thank him for that.

This Starbucks, by far, is the best one I been to. The service is great, only time i had to wait to place my order is when they are very busy, which seems pretty often. While observing them, the individuals that work here have an excellent work ethic and probably need more help. I never see them BS with people while the line starts increasing with patrons. They are very polite and inviting as well. Personally, I only tip if my server get taxed. Besides, I’m a student and I’m usually low on cash. But this crew makes me want to tip, so i do so, as much as I can afford. Thanks for the warmth during these freezing mornings 😁

Iced matcha latte was not mixed well, globs everywhere and a thick layer at the bottom. You need to get new bags, they keep breaking at the bottom. Wasted $13.

I arrived at this Starbucks at 9:00, and both the map and the Starbucks app clearly showed it was open until 9:30. I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for a hot mocha, but when I walked up, I was told the store was already closed and only the Drive-Thru was open. They refused to give me my coffee because I wasn’t in a car, and they also denied me access to the restroom. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially since I placed and paid for my order through the official Starbucks app

I can see why people said the customer service here is bad. There was a rude worker, didn't catch his name but he had glasses and a white beard, definitely not coming back to this one

Pulled up to this Starbucks drive-thru at 9:53 AM and dealt with one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve seen in a while. The guy at the window had zero professionalism—vague, dismissive, and throwing side-eye like he’s above the job.

If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. Simple. We’re paying for a service, not to deal with someone’s bad mood or ego trip. Management needs to get a handle on who they’re putting at the window, because this kind of energy will drive people away fast.

The cashier could not even bother to say you're welcome when saying thank you, could not bother to greet me, could not bother to even look at me while handling me my drink or taking my payment, could not even bother to let me finish talking and closed the window in my face. He was definitely having a bad day

My daughter needed to use the restroom before we went to the drive thru and apparently I have to purchase before using using restroom, by the way they don’t even have a sign that says for customers only.
I decided not to buy anything.

Horrible service, I come here almost EVERYDAY! I work at rose hills so it’s convenient, all I asked for was a cup of water on one occasion and they tried to make me BUY water??? I even explained that I had bought a venti caramel macchiato a few hours prior to my second visit for a water and they were really strict on giving me a Grande iced water that should be FREE!! horrible, never coming here again.
