It would be nice if the music wasn't so blaring loud š I swear I can't hear myself think with such a volume and the manager won't do anything about it claiming the volume is necessary in order to keep up the ambience. The only thing the volume is keeping up is inconsideration towards the customer's needs and it represents noise pollution. Please correct the matter or this location will be included in the list of sources where noise pollution exists š
I just wanted to thank Anthony at the Starbucks location on Beverly and Workman. Unfortunately I had a drink that was made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and he got back with me. I was very impressed that he wanted to meet me and was able to make it right and he went up and beyond and I thank him for that.
This Starbucks, by far, is the best one I been to. The service is great, only time i had to wait to place my order is when they are very busy, which seems pretty often. While observing them, the individuals that work here have an excellent work ethic and probably need more help. I never see them BS with people while the line starts increasing with patrons. They are very polite and inviting as well. Personally, I only tip if my server get taxed. Besides, Iām a student and Iām...
