My family and I have been patronizing this location for years and we have never had an unpleasant experience. Just this morning I made a huge mistake and ordered my coffee and pastries at a completely different location and ALYSSA made me a new one and took the time to explain how to go about canceling my order at the other location. Mind you and yes I am embarrassed to admit I am one of the probably not so few people with a ridiculously complicated order but the baristas never disappoint. My order is always perfect! Thank you guys so much for your hard work. I know first hand how demanding and ridiculously unreasonable customers can be. Happy holidays. ALYSSA you rock!

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Ordered two cold brews at 9:23 am, and it wasn’t ready until 9:38 am… mind you, I ordered two cold brews, black.

It took them 15 minutes to pour some cold brew into a cup. Absolutely ridiculous. Most coffee shops you go to pour it in front of you because it takes little to no effort to pour it into a cup then serve it.

More than half the time when one of the guys helps me out here they manage to messed up my order. Instead of being high during work they should concentrate more on giving the right order to people.

It sucks it really does, i've been going to the starbucks for more than five years however as of the last 2 years it's gone downhill. I work for a company by the name of Michael superburgers. We typically order from this Starbucks. Because it is the closest one to us. Big orders sometimes they'll make it absolutely right and not miss anything. Most of the time, they will mess up our order causing me to drive back-and-forth until everybody's drink is made correctly. But that's going to stop today. As I went in today for a small order and easy order(or so i thought). Two drinks and they couldn't get that right. I asked for a lavender venti, no ice with an extra shot. And a caramel macchiato, venti, easy ice extra caramel. I ended up getting a lavender venti Macha no ice, single with what appeared to be half of it foam. As for my caramel macchiato, it didn't have extra caramel. I'm not the type of person to complain about my drink. Especially because in the end, it was correct not counting the fact that it had no extra caramel. However, when it comes to the order of somebody else, I have to get it right. Because they're paying for it, not me. So I went back and I went inside this time, and I ordered and PAYED for the lavender coffee again, venti, no ice, no matcha.
Extra shot, they gave it to me HOT :/. I give up. I took my coffee and I gave it to a homeless person outside. Look im sorry i don't know what I did. I don't know if I upset the crew in some way, shape or form but I'm done. I'm not ordering from the Starbucks anymore. I'm going to tell my coworkers to not order from a starbucks anymore, and I'd rather drive an extra ten minutes to go to the starbucks over in santa fe springs where they actually get our drinks right. Because after this fiasco, that's where I went, I explained to the baristas there, what happened at this location, and they made the latte right first try and they gave me free along another one free for the inconvenience. If this location had that kind of service, I would order from it every day. Unfortunately, it doesn't and I am disappointed, and I give up. I came to spend $14.15 and left spending almost $20. As for the other starbucks though it was not their job to fix the mistakes. That happened here, they still did, and they charged me nothing and even apologized on this location's behalf. From now on, we will be taking our business there. Thank you

No waiting very spacious and very nice employees but the restrooms are very dirty i was standing on urine while using the urinal.

Was out of this and that.Had to substitute peach for apple juice and didn't put any strawberries in the drink.We handed it back to the cashier and the amount of dried strawberries they put in might has well have left it without.Left this hell saying we will not visit this location again.

It's the bathroom. The men's bathroom was no better than a lost hwy truck stop bathroom . Shit inter the toilet lid and all over the back of the top. The floors were gross.

Ordered the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmeal Matcha Venti; and was on a paper cup. Very disappointed because I wanted to post the beautiful colors and was not able to post. Starbucks just ruined my Birthday Day 😒

If I could rate this a zero star, I would. I ordered a passion tea and it does not taste good. If you are diabetic, do not come to this Starbucks! They make diabetics lives harder. Their customer service (especially in the mornings), is so rude and their demeanor is ugly.
