Ordered the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmeal Matcha Venti; and was on a paper cup. Very disappointed because I wanted to post the beautiful colors and was not able to post. Starbucks just ruined my Birthday Day 😒

The men's room was filthy, no paper towels or blower to dry hands, no soap, I don't know how the employees washed their hands.

If I could rate this a zero star, I would. I ordered a passion tea and it does not taste good. If you are diabetic, do not come to this Starbucks! They make diabetics lives harder. Their customer service (especially in the mornings), is so rude and their demeanor is ugly.

Went to the this location on New Years before 8pm I was in line for over 15 min. I arrived to order and she said sorry we're closed. No sig.n outside to close the drive true. Many of us were upset . Girl was very rude on night shift with glasses.

They lock the store up 1 hour early every night which causes a line of cars to travel into the street or causing traffic in the parking lot with no signs to let you know store is closed so when you find out store done in is not open you get more cars in the line then you have to come and try and merge into that line worst Starbucks ever been to had to wait whole 40 mins to get my drink and seeing everyone walk up to the door to have to come join the line too was just more annoying recommend someone from Starbucks check your workers crazy how lazy people want to be now of days.wish could put 0 star terrible but can’t so 1 star hope new year new Starbucks management.

The girl with glasses short petite who works night. she has the nastiest attitude and this is the 4th time her coffees been coming out really bad. You guys need to check her on it. We been nothing but polite the times we went to go get coffee and it’s just terrible.

I've been going to this location for over 3 years and the staff and customer service had been exceptional until the last couple months.
Today I was picking up my usual order of oatmeal with soy milk but unfortunately the order wasn't right (water instead of soy milk) and when I brought to the attention of someone named Donna her answer was "I DON'T KNOW, I DIDN'T MAKE IT"
I was disgusted by the way that everyone at the store treat customers now.
This is acceptable.

I went in before work to get a iced caramel macchiato I picked up my order and when I was driving to work I got a nasty smell once I took a sip of my drink I noticed it was my drink and the milk they put on it was rotten I was very upset and threw my drink away I’ve been calling them to let them know and no answer never will I ever come here can’t believe they put rotten milk on my drink

The cashier must've gotten upset that they made me the wrong drink, because when they remade what I actually ordered it was incredibly rushed, the ice has all melted, and I was given a dome lid for my drink which I got cold foam on, which means I cannot enjoy the cold foam.I am also a barista, I understand making the wrong drink. I was not rude in any way, I even apologized that they would need to remake it, and I was given the worst drink I've ever had at a Starbucks.When you make a mistake you own up to it, you never take it out on the paying customer. It's audacious and shameful. I will not return to this location.
