I've been to this Starbucks quite a few times now and I wanted to give a shout out to the employees who are always so friendly and professional. They somehow manage to get you in and out or through the drive thru fast while at the same time being human. Kudos to all of them. We notice and we appreciate you so much!

They closed the indoors. Took an extra 15 minutes to wait in line in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order drink. Shouldâve been in n out. I wouldâve just gotten gas station coffee instead. My coffee was pretty cold by the time I got it.

Drive through is always busy but parking is terrible. It was a hot day so we both got a nice big glass of refreshing ice tea. Great when it is hot out.
Parking: Located on a small lot where street parking is not available. Only small parking area for a few cars because of drive through and surrounding traffic. Everyone I have asked has used drive through and never been in store, mostly because of parking.

Jackie (I hope Iâm getting g the spelling correct) went above and beyond for me this morning and I truly appreciate it. The store was crazy busy and Iâve been dealing with a terrible cold all week. I waited in a long drive thru line and ordered my honey citrus mint tea only to come home and find out they gave me coffee. I called and was told it was no problem and to just walk in when I get back to get a new one made. However, when I got back it was somehow busier! I was in my PJs, fluffy slippers and my puffy face! She was so kind to bring it out in front of the store where I was. Such an angel! Thank you so much! Obviously tasted as great as ever.

The parking here is difficult during morning busy time. Some spots are wasted due to the drive thru blocking them. Once the drive thru is full there is effectively one way traffic for the whole parking lot feeding through the drive thru exit.

Good customer service when I pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered the Iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso and I'm not sure I got it because it tasted differently but it was GREAT!

I just ordered a drink for my daughter. It was a Grande Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Vanilla Cold Foam, caramel drizzle and light ice. Hot a different drink all together. When I took home to daughter, told it was wrong. I ordered as she wrote it.

Lady that took my order was rude and refused to change my order , said they didnât have an item they clearly had because others had just ordered it. Racist people at this Starbucks donât come here . Ladyâs name started with J, refused to give me her name .

This Starbucks location sucks. First off the wait time is always long. You will wait at least 15 minutes for your drink even if there is only one car in front of you. However, that isnât even the main issue. The drinks here suck. A few months ago the drinks were decent. Now every time I come here the drinks taste nasty. I always get the mocha cookie crumble. Every time it tastes watered down. Like tap water mixed in with the slightest bit of mocha. Also anytime I ask for extra cookie crumble I never get it. The drinks have become disgusting. I wonât be back & donât recommend this Starbucks either. I rather drive 10 minutes to the other Starbucks nearby.
