Ordered 2 dri k and 2 sandwiches. 1st drink someone stole so theybhad to remake and remade me the drink of the person who had stolen my drink. Whatever I was in a hurry and took it. Went to eat my sandwich and it was missing meat so I had to go back. Decided to get my son a drink, repeated myself 4 times and they still made it incorrectly. No receipts given so nothing can be done. Worst service from a starbucks ever. Cant even call and complain as they dont answer their phone. If you dont like the job you have and dont want to do it right then get another job. Starbucks isnt cheap so to have a bad experience twice in less then 30 minutes is really maddening. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommmend this location unless you want super high wait times and incorrect drinks.

The Baristas are always nice and helpful. remember to tip!!kids love the cookie crumble or strawberry frap. I cant wait for pumpkin spice to come back ?Parking: Do not park towards the drive thru or you're going to get stuck cause of the drive thru line. Anywhere else is fine.

I’m an everyday customer and I always come to this Starbucks all the time. Today I get my favorite drink as usual 30mins prior to closing and instead of ice… I get coffee beans ☕️ as my ice !!!!

I need to make a disclaimer. This review has nothing to do with the food or drinks, as I can not currently afford starbucks. However, this location has been on my morning commute and given me lots of great free iced water in a pinch, to help me avoid passing out. The girls who have helped me out have been nothing short of excellent. Both Stephanies, Maya, and Giselle to name a few were all incredibly kind and treated me with nothing but respect despite the fact that I wasn't even paying for anything. This was at 6AM last Sunday. I appreciate the great customer service, because there are places that don't wan't to give good customer service at any time on any day, This Starbucks is not a part of that rule that exists nowadays - they are the only exception (and a great one if I might add). As a struggling college student looking to get out of the house, I see myself coming here for the water, atmosphere, and familial love. My first visit at his location went from a 5 minute stop to newborn friendships. The employees who work here all have hearts of gold (especially my closest friends right now, names aforementioned above). Anytime people walk out of here disgruntled it seems that they simply don't know how to order. I've experienced nothing but good times and epic moments here. Stories shared, laughs shared, and water spilled have made mundane sunday mornings more habitual for me. Everyone here is a gem and I wish they were all my friends. However, Starbucks as a corporation needs to stop Israel shilling (hence the reason I only get water or use gift cards given to me). Free Palestine. I'll buy drinks when the purchase of drinks stops funding genocide. Despite that, my tips will go straight to the employees who work effortlessly yet fluidly and efficiently to keep this starbucks the cleanest one in Whittier. This store has it DOWN.

Went through the drive thru waited 30 minutes. Finally ordered. I ordered 2 small caramel Frappuccino's. With extra caramel. When I got my order She forgot the extra caramel. The camel Frappuccino was watered down. The cashier had a lot of attitude. Bad service.
