If you care about service, stay away from this Subway, the manager clearly doesn't care. The only thing he cares about is charging the extra money for hot food.

I normally make online orders, i specifically ordered provolone cheese. But I was given American cheese which I am absolutely grossed out by. The receipts that printed out for my online order says provolone cheese.

Started off friendly but when I started to order my last two sandwiches, he super rolled his eyes at me. Extremely rude. When I asked, “is there a problem?” He ignored me. He started to make my sandwiches and was throwing the ham on my sandwich like he was mad at my sandwich. Very rude.

I ordered an Italian B.M.T. — it’s supposed to have Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest ham, but they only put one slice of ham. These days, they cover part of the preparation area, so you can’t really see what’s going into your sub. I don't like to be cheated. I'll never go to this location again. I'm going to get my lunch from Amazon fresh.

I just probably want to say that maybe the tariffs start kicking in some products. I try to look for the piece of turkey ham and provolone cheese on my sandwich and I wold say I rather start making my lunch at home next time to be honest. Just a disappointment. Ordered a turkey sub and I found on a foot long just a little gin layer of turkey (maybe around 6 round pieces,) and a slice of pepper jack cheese. The amount of veggies I’m not going to lie is more than plenty. But to be paying $12.69 (20%off) don’t think is worth it. I can imagine paying $15, $17 for this. Employees there very attentive. I will probably cut subway next time around. Judge for yourself.

Itlaian bread was not baked completely. Staff unfortunately can't hear properly because of the overpowering sound of the ovens beeping. Made ordering difficult and misunderstanding very easy.
Also, I don't know how the food is safe as the knives aren't clean as well. I can say for sure the staff is overly stressed affecting their customer service and performance.

I had an egg, bacon avocado with black olives olive oil and pepper...toasted
They were so sweet very kind above and beyond there was actually a a Ken in front of me in line , with all the crap that he was giving them demanding extra toppings for free then threatening to call corporate because of it mostly no sense to me anybody else it has common sense they handled it perfectly professional staying calm and respectful the whole time no matter how much stuff he was saying to them I don't know their names the two workers that were working but they were working on this day September 17th at 7:55 p.m. thank you again for the above and beyond experience
