Way too many options on their menu. Page after page of options. But....so far everything I've ordered has been very good. I love their soups. They are very tasty. In the end if you have patience to go through their menu, please do so and try them out because you can't go wrong with what you may choose.

The best sandwiches! Fresh and wholesome. A little hidden gem. This is now our go to.
Dingy, dirty, bad customer service (young male with brown long hair and glasses), and way overpriced. Will not go back to this business again.

The restaurant is so cute - the bee theme is carried throughout. The food is good and they give you large portions. There are lots of healthy and organic options. The staff is very attentive. Lots of breakfast options.

My wife and I had an unfortunate experience where her sandwich had, not one, but two different live bugs in it. (My sandwich was fine.) My wife called the deli right away to let them know and the person on the phone said that the manager would call us back right away. Two days later, after not hearing back, my wife called again to complain and mention that no one called her back. Eventually the manager called, apologized, and promised to mail us a gift certificate to make up for the gross mistake. Several weeks later...crickets. I don't like giving bad reviews to local businesses, but at this point I feel I have an obligation to warn others. (I did take a picture of one of the critters, but choose not to publish that here.) Accidents happen, but if the business promises to make good on the mistake, then it should do so. At this point there is nothing that would get us to come back.

$17 for a cup of bisque soup and "sour dough" which was thought to be a bowl, was just a single, anemic slice of bread. We dropped $50 for two cups of soup and two tiny slices of sour dough. That is literally insane. Its not even a fancy sit down resturaunt and yet we paid outrageous amounts for barely any food.
I will say though, the food *was* good though! I just their prices were not so expensive for so little food.
I'm all for helping local business but come on.

Made a stop here to pick up a quality sandwhich and I was not disappointed. However my sandwhich and soup did take almost 25 minutes to complete. That was with no one ahead of me in ordering. The Bee Hive is an organic deli and full menu with juice bar. Plenty of tables for sitting and very cool vibe inside. All the meals were on the pricier side but the quality and flavor are there.
The were helpful, informative and had great suggestions. I like that. There are no fountain drinks but plenty of juice choices. Although it did take a long time, my turkey, Swiss and avocado sandwich was quality. Great bread, fresh veggies and yummy. Bring your wallet and your patience.

Jeez, I don't care if you wanna dance around on your own time, but like when you're at work. Can you please get your orders ready so that way? You're not wasting your driver's time. Don't tell me it's gonna be 5 minutes. And then you end up taking 15 minutes to make my order. Because you're dancing and fooling around.

We visited last night for dinner. We ordered the bison burger, greek salad, chicken parm sandwich and the mushroom w/mozzarella sandwich. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and inviting. The place itself is decorated nicely and has great atmosphere. Will definitely come again! Especially to try the breakfast menu.

Looking forward to eating here but was deeply disappointed in this “restaurant”. Whittier doesn’t have a lot of good spots to eat. I can see why. There’s no direction to the place. Walking in I don’t know where to go. There’s a cashier, an iPad check in, a waiter looming around the corner. The waiter was not my waiter apparently and was told some dude I forget the name would be there to take my order. My guy never showed up. The menu looked like divorce papers waiting for my signature. What happened to pamphlets? Anyways the glass bottle was nice and the cups too. The service was just too much of a let down to stay. Definitely not a beehive work ethic. Pure stings instead.
