I ordered the Ice UBE Coconut Cream Matcha Latte and it was delicious! The flavors were unique and well-balanced, the ube and matcha paired surprisingly well, with the coconut cream adding a smooth, tropical touch. Service was fast, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Great experience overall, will definitely be back!

I usually come in here in the morning since it’s so convenient for work.
The same girls are mostly there and they are not the friendliest, even when I order for mobile pick up and need something.
This has happened more than a couple times which is why I’m writing this review.

Terrerrriiibbbleeee customer service. The girls specifically are always talking amongst each other! Even while one of them was taking my order! Then they COMPLETELY forgot to make my order!!! I only ordered an iced coffee!!! I can’t believe that no one has done anything about their employees customer service! You guys apologize about it but i havent seen you guys do anything to fix your mistake!

Mediocre coffee

Customer service has been very rude. Every time I go here very shallow attitude. Don’t have proper etiquette skills the first two times that I did go everything was OK but now there’s a whole bunch of girls that just have terrible attitudes just bad attitudes very unprofessional.

Love the coffee at coffee bean. The jalapeño bagel with cream cheese is amazing too.

My daughter was meeting a friend nearby and it didn’t make sense for me to drive back home to then have to come back. So I decided to stop in here , have some coffee and take advantage of the WiFi and time I had.
I hadn’t ordered from a CBTL before so I asked for their suggestions.
The young lady asked me several great questions to help me make the best decision. I went with the Cookie Butter Latte with Almond Milk. Sooooo yummy.

The coffee was good, but the customer service is not great. Wouldn't allow me to use the restroom an hour before closing. Weird way to treat paying customers. Half the store was already closed up too.

I am driving most of the time all southern CA and for restroom or coffee I am stopping an Starbucks or coffee-been and first time an my experience I herd because of no toilet paper restroom is shat down . And I am customer each time I spending at least 5 dollars.

Don't go here! TERRIBLE customer service. I went today for the first time to check it out and I ordered 2 matcha lattes. Then I proceeded to use their restroom. When I came out I heard them call an order for a matcha latte. So I went over there. And just to confirm it was my order, I asked politely if these were the matcha lattes with the almond milk and and one of the employees, a woman with long brown hair, in a rude and aggressive
tone said, " Well they're the only one's that have been ordered!" VERY
unnecessary.
