Habit cut their seating by 50%, they also cut their service by 50%.
So slow, they were faster before all these rules and regulations.🤦♂️😕
As I was finishing up paying for our order, my kids went to fill their drink cups. My youngest was reaching for what she thought was a lid to her cup (it was the lid to the mini ketchup containers).
Surprisingly a worker stood there watching my daughter struggle. Once I made it over to help her, the employee looked at me blankly when I told her “she could’ve at least offered her the proper lid vs watching her struggle!”
Such horrible Customer Service!
