Really great place to hang out. Chris the bartender on Sunday's when I've been there is the nicest bartender I've ever encountered. No matter how busy it is he makes you feel like yiu are the only person there. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

First time I've been here was back in the early 1990's because I was working for at the time Miller Brands (now known as Classic Brands) I was one of three draft technician with the company and Whittier was my area. I would come every week and clean their beer lines (Miller products only). The decor has changed but the food as always been great. We celebrated my son and daughter-in-law 26th wedding anniversary here with close friends and family.

Really thought this was going to be my go to spot. Good food and drinks but…Second time here and the waitress was sighing huffing and puffing whenever we would ask to order. Yes it was busy due to the Dodger game but you should fake it til you make it or be well staffed for the game. Our drinks were empty for about 30-40 minutes which should not happen. She looked at our table (empty drinks) and rolled her eyes and was like ugh. Went straight to the bar and she wasn’t any better. Not cool at all.

Stopped by on Monday afternoon on our way home. I had never been there before, even though it is fairly close by our house. Has a wide variety of beer & liquor. They have Guinness, which gets a plus from me every time. They serve food, so we ordered the Shredded Beef Quesadilla. It was delicious! Kudos to the chef! (Sorry my photo makes it appear pink, but that was the neon light glow from nearby!) Their prices are very reasonable, and it looks like a comfortable place for locals. Thank you to Carol our bartender!
