The cash register staff member was rude today July 29, 2025 at 4:15 -5pm I ask her if they had a coffee expresso Bolba drink and she could of been friendly about it and provided quality customer service instead she had a rude face and didn’t care to attend us. She needs to smile more and treat customers kindly , please train her to have better manners!!!!!

This place used to be the best but I just went in after a long time and I could hardly taste any Taro flavor in my smoothie. $10 for ice and milk is a bit much.

My daughter and I have been coming to this location since before Covid. There are times when my daughter is not with me and I bring her a Thai Tea, which it may be a couple of hours before she gets home to drink it. I’ve been told that in the last week the owner has made a new policy that you cannot have a drink with “No Ice”. I asked the team member if he would just put less drink in the cup to compensate for the lack of ice and he said no. I have left my telephone number to talk to the owner and he has so far been unresponsive. Additionally, I noticed that 3 of the best team members have not been there recently. As these drinks on average cost more than a drink at Starbucks, (and we drive from Anaheim to patronize this location) you would think that you could have it as you prefer. Putting less drink in a cup with no ice is totally acceptable in my mind. Well, until I receive the call I requested, we will not be returning. I hope it is financially feasible to lose two paying customers who have been frequently coming here over 6 years over a little ice! Ridiculous in my humble opinion. With that said the Customer Service and non-responsiveness earns the place a “1” star, the Thai Tea is a “4” star!

Came in with my granddaughter to treat her but with customer service those robots there give you, it ruins you day. They just stare at you, no acknowledgement that they will help you!! All of them seem to HATE their job or their life?? Don't know which, but they need training!

My family always cherishes our visits to the Uno Tea House. The baristas are consistently kind and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that pulses with energy. Their house-made strawberry popping boba is truly divine, particularly when paired with a luscious cookies and cream smoothie.

So I’m not a fan of these drinks but my friends are so we stopped in on a Saturday evening. After entering there are supplies on racks to the right and the smell is not appealing to me but my friends love it. They make their drinks with fresh fruit but not the lemonade, I asked. The staff was nice and greeted us and attentive to taking our order. I drink was appealing to the eye though.

The honey boba is pretty good. The coffee jelly is delicious. The lavender, coffee, Thai, and rose milk tea are good. I like how you can change the sugar and ice levels and with certain drinks can switch to honey or mix and match. :)
