I had been coming here to this location for years. It had been a little while since going there, but wow, how the portion size has changed! The bowl is all rice and a small portion of chicken. They used to serve good portions. I'm quite disappointed in that seeing as the prices have increased, yet the portions have decreased. The cashier was friendly, and the service was quick. But for me, the food pricing and amount of food you get is not worth it. There are way more options for bowls with bigger portions for that pricing. Hopefully, you guys improve your portion sizing, I've noticed other reviews mentioning the same. ?

Called into ask for a refund since they charged me .60 cents for 10 sauces and only gave me 2 of them. I called to ask what happened and they literally won't do anything to help. Insane what food service gets away with. At least make your sauces freee lmaooooo

Can't comment on the atmosphere as I usually order to go. Been going here since 2016 or 2017. Still great attitude from everyone there. The protein portions are a little smaller even though your paying more. Not much but smaller, that's why I have it 4 stars. I guess that's brandon's fault.

Came at 830 they close at 9 .... Looked kinda sketch but I made my order as the girl try's to take my order keeps answering the phone..... then some other girl helps me and then the girl on the phone continues to clean and yells roach in Spanish ..... if I get sick imma be mad never coming here again ...

I give this a 5 star. The morning service is always the best, and they always have everything, and the orders take at least 2-3 mins long. The manager and the coworkers are always on task and quick. The food is amazing, always the best, mostly the chicken! Continue with that fantastic and amazing job. :)

I gave it one star because it was clean. Paid for the plate and got 5 pieces of lettuce and no veggies. Do you ever read some of the 5 star reviews and think, "that's an employee writing that?" Well for this WaBa, it is! The employees not so quietly announced to their coworker who came in that the manager said they needed to earn another star on yelp. So instead of earning it, they were showing how they wrote 5 star reviews themselves! Yes they said this out-loud with customers there. While they are having this conversation, the customers food is sitting there. Once the coworker was able to call her mom and finish ordering, our food eventually got to us. This location is closer but I think I will continue to go to other locations around the area instead.

Came in today to get food with my elder clients because I am a caregiver and got told only one discount was allowed. Which makes no sense because each was a different transaction and they can't order the meals themselves. Do they expect them to order themselves? If needed some sort of ID to prove they were seniors, could have simply showed them. It was just straight denied. It was the managers call, a man didn't get his name, by the way. Didn't make any sense to me. Guessing it's just one senior discount a day. also as you get closer to the kitchen by the drink refill area it smells like sewer/ like a weird scent that's not pleasing

stopped by with some coworkers yesterday for lunch and got the most disgusting chicken bowl i've ever had. I will never be going back to this establishment. I love waba grill too SMH
