What happened Denny's? Came here the other night with a group of people and it was less than mediocre. Our waitress was amazing tho. First they were out of onion rings, then when my friend ordered a patty melt they were out of the patty melt meat, my other friends coffee came out cold, and my other friends milkshake came out with huge chunks of ice in it. One of the stars is for the amazing waitress we had and the other star is for my grand slam (the only thing I ever really order from Denny's). Maybe it was an off night, but this was a lot of misses.

Came here for dinner, staff was very friendly and quick to take care of us, food was so filling I couldn't finish it, the only downside of this visit was my Daughter and I both got fresh fruit as a side, but they gave us fries instead. I didn't want to complain because I didn't want to spoil the kindness of the staff, plus the fries did look good. I don't normally come here for lunch or dinner but we couldn't decide on where to go eat. I was craving a BLT. But they no longer serve that.

Called to order in advance was told 20min waited at home 30mins, but once I arrive paid and still wasn't ready even waited additional 30mins inside. Got home noticed order a bit wrong. Sadly lost my appetite overall they were nice just leaving two stars instead of one due to kindness...

Worst experience ever. I was waiting for a table with shade. And a couple came after me they decided to be seated in the table with sun. So once they saw that the table with shade was empty they decided to go and have a seat. The waiters there decided to go ahead and attend them first . Even though I had told them I was waiting FIRST for the table with shade. Will never come to this location again.

Horrible customer service. 15-20 minute wait with empty tables outside. Then when they do seat you they forget about you for another 20 minutes. Let waitress know we needed service and no one came. Two other families at nearby tables got up and left. Eventually we did as well. Will not be back here again. Big waste of time and gas.

Well where do I start..... customer service is horrible, not great at all! We asked for salad with Italian dressing, with slice of lemon (the waitress made a face, like it's out of the ordinary) she said "lemon, for your salad" yes duh I felt like saying lol - "we said again yes lemon" she brings the lemon and there's a black hair on it mind you my mom has white hair and I have blonde hair. So it's obvious it's not our hair. We call the waitress over and she approached our table, we tell her there's hair and all she said, "oh okay so do you want another one" not once did she apologize or say I'm sorry for that.... I then said no don't bother bringing more! Terrible customer skills lady, if you don't like working then find a job you like!!!! This place should be a place where Hospitality should be priority! The reason why I gave one start because my moons over my hammy was delicious!

My potatoes were kind of over done they were hollow inside they were so fired and over done. I didn't care for my food at all it was so greasy but my children's food was really good. The blueberry pancakes w strawberries and bananas on top were good. Our server was on top of it by getting what we needed w out having to ask so that was a plus.

The service was horrible. The person taking our order (Mariah) decided to place our order to go without even asking. She had a really bad attitude and when delivering our order she forgot to bring our drinks. When we asked for our drinks she rolled her eyes. The worst service I have received by far.

I waiting for 45 minutes so I get home and my food was cold and the eggs was raw never again will I ever go there I was going to make a big order for my employees I don't think so never again will I go to this place

I was questioning my bill, and the young lady told me " the prices that are on the menu are different from what's in the computer, so I told her that it is misleading to have one price here and a different price when you get your bill. Dennys you have just lost a customer

We stop by this place and eat and my kids eat here many times. We came and waiting to check in and a manager greeder ask me for my name and I gave him. He ask me for my phone number and I refuse to give him because I m here infront of him. I told him I don't want to give him my phone number because I am here and in front of himNo need for my phone number. So he walk away so t want to help. What kinds of f****** restaurant is itSo much up. I will take my family's to Ihop or Norm'sWonder why the rating are so low. Need to trans employees to assist customers

Waited for an hour for a pick up order, they didn't come back to let me know if they were at least working on it or the progress. I had to ask if there was a problem or a mistake. They were rude and had horrible customer service. At the end of it the order was messed up and I wasted money and time.
