I didn’t have a problem with service but I didn’t care for the food. fries were soggy and the wings tasted dry and barely any meat on the bones tasted like jerky.

Horrible organization, they dont know how to handle rushes, my order was placed at 8:30pm in the store, they started making at 9:10pm after all the rush. People that got to place an order after me IN store left before me even though my order was just 2 8-piece combos. Honestly horrible service

Sent in an order through the app, the delivery driver made a mistake and got the wrong order which is fine. Tried to contact the driver and they didn’t answer. I called the store and the lady said she was going to call me back and get it resolved, never got a call saying hey sorry I can’t and they didn’t want us to come in and give us our actual order.

I got the boneless chicken meal for two and it comes with a large fry and a 20 boneless wings and i ordered a side of cajun corn. The fries and corn were good but the boneless chicken was dry and had very little sauce and wasn’t appetizing.i won’t be ordering this again.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Their operating procedures and customer service needs A LOT of training and work from the bottom to the top. My issue and concern was with the disrespect and how much verification they need for an order from the name, card number, phone number, etc. I've been here many many times and have placed orders over $50! NO WHERE does it say in the email that all of that is required before pick-up. I had no issue with complying with these requests, but in the process, the team member was rude and making faces. When brought up with management, all they could say was that it was required and on the email sent. Straight up rude and disrespectful.
In response to the owner. No, nothing was resolved. Not even an apology whatsoever or offer to remediate the concern.
