I'm surprised to see reviews saying the food is good. Every so often I get a craving for some good wings and forget this place ain't it. It's so close to my house so It's convenient but I've been there a couple times and the food comes out bland, soggy fries, and cold. This last batch of wings seemed borderline soggy and undercooked. We ate 4 of 20 before giving up. Nothing worse than spending money on food that comes out so terrible you don't want to eat it. 2 stars for good service, the workers there are always nice but I'm paying for good food more than anything.

Horrible organization, they dont know how to handle rushes, my order was placed at 8:30pm in the store, they started making at 9:10pm after all the rush. People that got to place an order after me IN store left before me even though my order was just 2 8-piece combos. Honestly horrible service
Sent in an order through the app, the delivery driver made a mistake and got the wrong order which is fine. Tried to contact the driver and they didn’t answer. I called the store and the lady said she was going to call me back and get it resolved, never got a call saying hey sorry I can’t and they didn’t want us to come in and give us our actual order.

I got the boneless chicken meal for two and it comes with a large fry and a 20 boneless wings and i ordered a side of cajun corn. The fries and corn were good but the boneless chicken was dry and had very little sauce and wasn’t appetizing.i won’t be ordering this again.
