I purchased wings and fries for my daughter and she could not eat the fries because they had lemon pepper seasoning which I didn’t ask/order.. never have I ordered lemon pepper anything from Wingstop. I made A formal complaint online with corporate because I had an issue before and the store says that they can’t do anything but this time I emailed them and they never responded toe . I also seen that A content creator had A fly on her food and she wrote them too and they didn’t reply toe her either. In other words they have very bad customer service/support and don’t give A shit about their customers only their money . I haven’t been back since then and this was August.. it’s December now I just got to write this review now. Thanks

The worst so far, not very welcoming , did not asked what I wanted for the side order . Automatically she was about to give me fries and I asked her don’t I get to choose what I want? And she said yeah yeah trying to dismiss my question. But the worst of all !! I got only one drum on a 10 piece meal , I went back and showed it to them and I guess they said that was normal , giving me some bs explanation. Not only bad service , high prices but not willing to listen to client’s complaints. They did not do anything about my order and I will never come back to this place . Horrible ! This for me is a crave and a comfort food but it ended up being a total disaster.

I received such great service from the cashiers Savannah and Christian yesterday (8/31). The store was very clean, and my food was fresh and tasted wonderful! I was recommended the new Chipotle Flavor by both of them, and I will be coming back and getting that flavor in the near future! Good job Wingstop!

Thank you Wing Stop Whittier!!! My daughter and I went in for lunch to go. From the moment we walked in to when we left everyone was friendly. The store was clean. Our food was hot. And the soda machine had ice and the drinks we liked. I have to admit that I stopped going to Wing Stop because of the service and the over cooking and saltiness of the food, but today I was pleasantly happy that I took my daughter's advice and went back. Keep up the amazing job!!!

We always have a good experience here. Staff is always kind and helpful, especially Katrina. Superbowl is always crazy it was crazy anywhere you went weather it was pizza grocery store or wings. They handled this year as best as they could I appreciate their patience. Love the deals.
The only thing I would have to say to improve is cleaning the filter in the Coca cola machine I can taste the difference when it's clean or overdue. I know it's not easy I worked for a fast food place and it happens.
Parking: It's very crowded and and compact my car door has been hit a couple of times coming here.
Very friendly restaurant crew, come to this restaurant for quality wings that doesn’t hurt your pansa. Smells delicious inside too. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?!? I would give this place a Michelin Star if I were a food critic. 😼

We work in the healthcare field and with a shortage of nurses and decided to get delivery of food. We were all hungry and ordered $80 worth and got LESS THAN SMALL boneless wings. Some of the boneless pieces didn’t even have chicken in them. They were hard as rock also. This ridiculous.
