I want to give a HUGE shoutout and thank you to Salvador, Cesar, and the entire Wingstop crew for their incredible service during a crazy situation.
We ordered 100 wings and fries through DoorDash to feed our family on Halloween night. The driver picked up the order and then CANCELLED it. Yes, they literally took the food and disappeared. And to make it worse, DoorDash offered zero real help. No urgency, no accountability nothing but a headache.
But Wingstop? Total game-changer.
Salvador and Cesar stepped up big time. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they remade the ENTIRE order 100 wings and fries for us and treated us with so much kindness and respect. They turned a disaster into a reminder of what real customer service looks like.
To the Wingstop team: We’re truly sorry you had to remake the order, but we are beyond grateful for how you handled everything. You earned customers for life. 🙏🏽💯 🚫 DoorDash you need to do better! 🍗 Wingstop YOU ARE THE REAL ONES!

By far the best experience I've ever had at a wingstop. Food was prepared exceptionally well a.d the service was incredible. All of the staff was great, but employee John is setting that bar really high. Amazing personality and service. Already telling family to drive out of their way to come to this spot.

I went to your resturant to get a gift certificate for a birthday present. There was Mexican music blaring in the kitchen and a person singing along. I had to speak loudly to the cashier over the music and he had a hard time hearing me. It was so uncomfortable I almost left. This was Saturday around 2,,

The food was excellent and delicious! My order was made perfect to order. Destiny was so sweet, nice, and patient when I went to place my order, as I was unsure of what to get. She suggested some items from the menu and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be coming again!
Wingstop is always rlly good but what makes each location stand out is their staff. this location has amazing hard working employees and a dedicated manager name’s Destiny I believe. the cashiers are very friendly and i never feel rushed when ordering 😊

Service here is pretty bad honestly. We placed an order in advance we got there and literally had to wait 30 minutes for our order to finally be ready. And it was not busy at all. Some lady came in with a Tesla tattoo on her face and asked for food ( didn’t pay or anything) and they gave it to her within 5 minutes of her waiting. I’m pretty sure she worked there but still it was pretty ridiculous. Not to mention the workers were all just goofing around and being loud. Overall after the 30-40 minutes of us waiting we finally got our food but the experience and service there was really not it.

We had a really great experience here after church. Johnal was an amazing employee. He took really good care and attention. He went beyond excellent in customer service. Something we were not expecting at wing stop. We will only be coming to this wing stop only if we continue getting outstanding service like we did today.
